My wife and I stayed at this Marriott for 2 nights from Dec 1-3, 2014. It was part of a travel package we had bought from our travel agent (Jessica Rajaratnam - www.affordablevacationplanners). The hotel was excellent and met all of our needs. The room was very similar to hotel rooms in North America in terms of space and amenities....

Great location near Ginza. The treat was finding the Tokyo fish market in the opposite direction. The restaurant in the hotel (Basement) was a surprise find when the heavy rain resulted in needing another plan.

Yes, the location is good, but there are dozens of hotels around, so it's not a decisive factor. The room is well-decorated, but its ceiling is like 190cm high, so you'll feel its pressure all the time. Wi-fi is NOT included into the room price, so be prepared to pay extra USD10/day of enjoy a very poor signal at the...

This hotel is ok. It is near the shopping mall and high end shop streets near the Ginza area. OK if you like high end shops but I certainly don't. Breakfast very mediocre. Good concierge lady. Taxi ride to the hop on hop off buses if you want to get the bus early.

Great stay with nice rooms and great service. Was able to get around with ease to the main attractions with the printed directions offered by the hotel staff. Location was great being able to walk to many places including the famous Tsukiji Fish Market. A must if you are visiting Tokyo.

in heart of Ginza (top notch shops) this hotel meets all needs. The staff were unbelievable especially Marina who gave us so much help getting about. The breakfast was by far the best we have ever eaten and nothing was too much trouble for them. The rooms were terrific and the bathroom marvellous. I cannot fault the hotel in any...

Location is great - walking distance to Metro Tokyo stations (Higashi- Ginza & Ginza stations), close to midrange and premium international brand shopping, diverse food choices around, convenience stores, breakfast at Denny's across the road from the hotel, airport shuttle although with charges but convenient. Medium sized rooms but comfy enough for 2 and a bit small for 3, well...

It’s not often that I’ll give 5 stars when a visit starts out bumpy, but here goes: I stay at the Courtyard Ginza frequently so I know the room layouts and had requested one of their larger rooms weeks in advance as I was staying with my family. My request was confirmed by room number. When we arrived, the room...

Just came back from a business trip to Japan. I booked this hotel mostly for its location but did not have high expectations, particularly it being a Courtyard (as opposed to a Marriott or a JW). How fool I was. The location of this hotel is unbeatable, close to two main subway lined and walking distance to Ginza stores and...
