This hotel is definitely on the smaller side, even though I booked a deluxe double room. It has a good location but the reception area reminds me of a hostel and the luggage room is literally an area of the lobby.

Small hotel but room was clean and comfortable and suitable for our needs. Set on several floors, the corridors did remind me of a prison, ha! The breakfast is quite basic but okay. Consisted of small pastries, rolls, bread, soup, egg and some sort of meat. The coffee was brilliant. Very close to suitengumae metro. We got off at kayabacho...

Stayed for one night prior to flying home. The room was small but with a comfortable bed and the hotel provided a free breakfast which had limited choice but was ok. The hotel is about 1 minute from one of the exits from the subway station Suitengu Mae, which will get you to where you need to go. Fine for...

Nice and clean hotel only a couple of subway stops from Tokyo station with a few minutes walk from the subway stations, closer to kayabacho or suitengu mae than nihombashi station. So make sure you get the location pegged. They offer free breakfast. Free shuttle service is also available to Tokyo station from the hotel. But I'm not sure if...

I have no complaints about this hotel except that we were given a smoking room even after I requested for a non-smoking room (though this is probably the fault of the travel agent). Because there were no other rooms available that night, we could not be accommodated until the next day. Thankfully, we were able to move to a new...

Stayed here for 4 nights on leisure. Very convenient access to both TCAT and Suitengumae Station (both around 3 mins walk). The room was tiny, and the HVF in Kayabacho is a little bit bigger. Nonetheless, the room was spotlessly clean and had a functional toilet, fridge and TV (Japanese channels only). The lobby serves as the breakfast location. Breakfast...

The rooms are fairly small, but that is to be expected in Japan. They are always kept very clean, and the cleaning staff are lovely. There is air-conditioning, a fridge, a kettle etc. There is a good size bath tub. The breakfasts are pretty good. We are vegetarian, so we mostly ate a lot of the salad. Breakfast also includes...

We were in Tokyo for honeymoon and stayed here for 5 nights. Very welcomed and cleaned, but very small rooms (compared to other Japanese hotels) and essential breakfast. Metro underground at 2 min walking
