For the price I paid for a room for 4 pax, this is really value for money. Room is big enough for the 3 PC of large luggage and stuff compared to the usual Japan Style hotel rooms . If you are looking for a no frills place to stay during your holidays and if you are travelling with children I Think this hotel is the most ideal for families. Location is just nice and not too Central as crowd can be an issue if you choose the main JR Yamanote line and this hotel is just next to the Purple Hanzoman line which connects to many major lines within 2-3 stops. Also this hotel is right across the TCAT so if u take the airport bus tl TCAT it is just a 500m walk. Last but not least their staff are International staff so there will be someone who can speak decent english if one needs help. The staff there are very friendly and will try their best to assist in any way possible .

It was truly a home away from home. The room was spacious, clean, equipped with everything a traveler may need to relax, feel comfortable and even take care of their own meals. Yet the most precious asset is the staff - everyone on the front desk team went above and beyond to help us make the best out of our stay: what to see, how to get there, what to explore. My 12-year old was particularly excited about the bingo game, which is a fun way to get to know the hidden gems of the neighbourhood. The bus terminal (Tokyo City Air Terminal) for the airport shuttles (or "limousine" buses), as well as the Hanzamon line subway station is in 5-minutes walk from the hotel. All major tourist hotspots (Skytree, Shibuya, Shinjuku, Akihabara) can be reached in 15-30 minutes by boarding a subway train. Plenty of cafes, restaurants, convenience stores in close proximity to the hotel (some of them are literally around the corner). This was our first trip to Japan, but it will definitely not be the last :) we hope to come back there some day soon.

We stayed at the Mimaru Suitengumae Nihombashi for our 10 day visit to Tokyo in April. It was a great base for us as it was only a short walk to several different metro lines.
Our family of four stayed in a family suite with bunk beds, and everyone enjoyed having a lot of space. We used the basic but well-equipped kitchen to make several meals and bought groceries at the Hanamasa store (7 minute walk away). Having a large TV and big dining table was great.
There are a handful of restaurants within a few minutes walk, but much more if you go 10 minutes.
We appreciated the daily cleaning routine and full cleaning every few days. The on-site coin laundry machines saved us a lot of time (there’s a change machine and detergent is automatically added).
The staff was fantastic and very friendly and helpful. They went the extra mile to help us receive some courier packages. Special thanks to Michelle and the rest of the front desk crew!
Overall I’d highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

This hotel is located close by 2 train stations which makes it very accessible. It’s spacious for a family of 5 and comfortable. The bathroom has separate toilet room from the shower room which makes it very convenient.
Some cons: -Horrendous WiFi connection. If you have to work, I would not recommend this hotel as there’s no direct Ethernet connection to the internet. It’s slow and spotty at best. -non cleaning. We stayed here for a week and while they did replace the towels and cleared the garbage, I wish they would at least vacuum every other day. We had a toddler with us and it’s nearly impossible to keep crumbs from collecting. -Lots of dust and lint flying around.

From the start of our trip, we needed a lot of help making reservations and confirming other things that only calling in Japan is available. They were so responsive and able to email me back within day. Providing me with options.
Check in was a breeze and for Japan standard it's pretty big for our family of 5. Like the fact that the bathroom is separated from the bathroom. Glad they provide humidifier in the room, because it gets really dry with the heater on. They clean your garbages & towels daily and make the bed and vacuums every 4 days.
Washer and Dryer first floor were game changer for us. We were able to pack light and wash some clothes every other day. Took about 1.5 hour though for both
The location is a little far from the main attractions. But there's a subway station 3 short blocks away. The farthest walk to a subway station was to Disneyland or Disenysea, about 15 min walk. We did that after a long day and were still not too bad. So many eateries around in all direction. I actually like the fact that is not in the center of the city, yet you get to at some pretty decent price places and without the wait.
We also pick this location for the convince to the Limousine Bus from Narita or Haneda to the Tokyo Terminal station. It's 3 short blocks from the hotel. From Narita to hotel took about 1.5 because of traffic. But heading to Narita took only and hour. With so luggages, we thought this was the best way to travel.
We will def. Return if we come back to Tokyo.

This was my first time with my father, husband, and children. The design from the exterior to the interior is very sophisticated, and the rooms are bright and clean! I was impressed that they had a full kitchen, dishwashing detergent, and sponges. A microwave, kettle, and everything else were provided, making it a great environment for families with children. Toothbrushes are not provided due to the SDGs, so I recommend preparing them in advance. We bought a lot of things at a nearby department store basement and celebrated Father's Day, and were able to spend the day relaxing and without any worries. We had a great time! The location is so handy. It is 1 short block to the TCAT Hakozaki (limousine bus transportation to and from Narita or Haneda airport). The Hanzomon subway station is right at TCAT and the Kayabacho subway station is about a 7 min walk (right by the Starbucks). The staff is friendly, kind, helpful and also speaks English. The room is very large, even by US standards. It had 2 US sized twin beds, 1 bunk bed ( our adult son lay in it awhile and said it was comfortable and long enough for him, probably not long enough for a 6 footer. The beds were firm, but great for our backs. There was a large table with 5 large sofa type chairs around it and we were able to fit 4 desk type chairs. We were a group of 8 and were able to fit in to hang out comfortably . The fridge/ freezer was large for a hotel room and they had pans, colander, large knife in addition to plates, bowls utensils for cooking and eating. The shower was a good size and had great water pressure. They fully cleaned the room every 3 days or so but came in daily to give you fresh towels and take out the garbage. There is a Lawson, Family Mart and 7-11 convenience stores very nearby so buying pre made meals, drinks or snacks was easy. I recommend it fully!

We enjoyed our stay at mimaru. The hotel is very family and kid friendly. The staff are very friendly. Our son particularly enjoyed the Bingo sheet they have for prizes. He also enjoyed the bunk bed set up! They don’t have in room laundry like some of the Mimaru hotels do but we didn’t have problem using the shared laundry room.

We are a party or 5 with two young children. We stayed at Mimaru Nihombashi Suitengumae for one week plus and it was such a wonderful stay. The room is very clean, spacious and complete with all the necessary amenities. The location is also only 3 min walk to nearby station (Suitengumae station) and 1 min walk to Lawson, Seven Eleven, etc. All the staff are very helpful and professional; especially Chhimi! She deserve a raise! I lost a shopping bag in a taxi, and she help me contacted the taxi company, and made the arrangement for my belongings to be delivered to the hotel! Excellent services overall, thank you so much Mimaru, we will definitely come back!

We absolutely loved this hotel and the front desk staff! We stayed for 6 nights during our first trip to Japan, and everything was amazing. Researching where to stay in Tokyo can be overwhelming. There is so much to consider. Some places are too pricey, rooms are too small, etc. I was. Ot familiar with this neighborhood, but it was perfect: quiet and no more thank 15 minutes to major areas. The rooms here are so spacious, plus there is a stove, microwave, refrigerator and plates, pots, and utensils. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the bathrooms were a good size, too. The hotel is a few minutes to Suitengumae station and at least 3 convenience stores. There are also many restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The front desk staff was incredible! They answered all our questions, provided recommendations, helped us get tickets to Tokyo Skytree, and so much more. We enjoyed chatting with them every day. Without a doubt, we will be staying here during our next trip to Japan, which I hope is sooner rather than later. Thank you to everyone at the front desk for making our stay absolutely perfect!
