We stayed 3 nights in this hotel. If you take the Yaesu North Exit, it is only about 5-10 minutes walk from the Tokyo Station. However finding the hotel first day was not that easy. The room given to us was small but it was expected. We arrived at about 10 am and the staff agreed to store our luggage... More

The location of this hotel is excellent, 5 min. walking distance to Tokyo Station, next door to a subway station, and close to the Palace and its gardens. The rooms are rather small but clean. The domain of the English language by the hotel's staff is basic.

I only stayed in this hotel for one night after my flight arrived late and the trains stopped. The room was clean, but extremely small. The bed was as stiff as sleeping on a hard floor. The A/C unit was dated. The hotel itself is not the easiest to find since the main entrance is down an alleyway. The staff... More

After a few hotels in Tokyo that were also considered 3 stars this one was way below expections. 1. they nickel and dime you for everything: all other hotels offer water and umbrellas (it rains a lot) and some lovely free face wash as a welcome gift. This hotel charges for everything. 7 dollars for an umbrella (usually 5); 1... More

The location of the hotel is excellent. About 5 minutes walk from Tokyo Station using the Yaesu North Exit. Route is pedestrian friendly walking with a suitcase. Hotel entrance is set back a little off the street behind a fondue restaurant. Very easy to locate from the station using Google Map directions. Close to restaurants and within easy walking distance... More

Very near the Tokyo Station if you exit via Yaesu North Exit (cross the first traffic junction and turn left, go straight till you reach the next traffic junction, and you will see Mizuho right in front of you, Turn Right" and you will see exit (A1) of Nihombashi Station (this exit has only stairs, so if you have big... We stayed one night at the Pearl Hotel after arriving in Japan. We wanted a hotel near to Tokyo Railway Station, in order to take the bullet train to Kyoto the next morning. The hotel is within walking distance of the station, but the station itself is huge and finding where to change your Rail Pass vouchers and even the... More

Room A/C was full of cigarette smoke. Brought it up with front desk after a very uncomfortable night and they said sorry, that our room was not a non-smoking room and there were no non-smoking rooms available. Our issue with this was that upon check-in, we confirmed in both English and Japanese the room was non-smoking with the employee that... More

This hotel is located behind Mizuho Building and not visible from the main road. After reaching North Yaesu exit of Tokyo train station, go to the main road and look for Mizuho Building which is located at a cross junction. I choose the hotel for his location at the proximity of the Tokyo central station. The staff has been very friendly and helpful.
