Getting there from Tokyo Station (which is huge) make sure you remember to go to the Nihonbashi exit. There are maps that show you where you are throughout the station. The hotel is very clean and geared towards business travelers and welcomes tourist travelers too. I booked 2 nights in advance to get the lower rate. I did not include...

First stay at the hotel and its been great. Clean, efficient service. Very helpful to advise us on taking the airport express bus nearby instead of the long and winding walk to catch the Narita Express train to airport. Cheaper too!

The hotel is located right at the entrance to Tokyo Station (Nihonbashi Exit). We stayed for 4 nights and found it to be a great base to explore the rest of Tokyo. The staff are very friendly and professional. The rooms are compact in size but travelling in a party of 2, we didn't feel cramped or uncomfortable. We really...

The lobby is lovely and the location is central and convenient for the station. However room was very cramped and needs refurbishment service was hit and miss. The food and drink was overpriced for the low quality Queues for breakfast demonstrate the lack of operational efficiency and lack of care for guests A disappointing 5 day stay.

We booked this hotel based on all the reviews that we read and we were not disappointed. The hotel was located right at Tokyo Station which meant we had access to train lines and the Shinkansen. As first timers in Tokyo, we could not have asked for a better place to stay. The staff were always friendly and great! We...

This was a great location as we returned to Tokyo before heading home. Really handy for access to Narita Express to the airport, Akihabara and Sumo wrestling stadium. The room was compact but fine for a short stay and when out all day. Free water provided in room was really handy, Loved the music and birdsong piped into the corridors...

My wife and I stayed at the Hotel Metropolitan Marunouchi with our 22 month old daughter for 6 nights whilst exploring Tokyo and surrounds. Right from the initial contact, where we requested a suitable cot for our daughter, the service was quick, efficient and very personal. The checking in was no problem, two staff came up to the room with...

I stay at this hotel for business at least once per year, sometimes vacation. I find it is perfect for either.... • VERY clean • plenty of friendly staff eager to assist. Very knowledgeable and fluent in English • rooms are large enough to manage, especially considering typical Japanese room size. (Bathroom space is a little tight for two people,...
