This is a very good hotel in a perfect location. Highlights include a huge beautiful room, bathroom and dressing room, lovely breakfast, fantastic pool area all set in the perfect location in the heart of Tokyo. We enjoyed the Peter Bar on the top floor though the smoking issue really needs to be addressed. We also agree with some of...

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW
Reviewed 20 January 2017

It was difficult to choose amongst Tokyo's luxury hotels - each seems to have something to recommend it. However, we were ultimately very pleased with our choice of the Peninsula. It is ideally located in walking distance to the Ginna area as well as the Tokyo Station area and Imperial Gardens and has metro access from the basement to everywhere...

The peninsula, in general, is an amazing brand. After staying in Beverly Hills, my husband and I decided we must stay here on our honeymoon in Tokyo. What a fabulous experience! The customer service could not have been better, the facilities (especially the spa and pool) are perfection. After a day of sightseeing, I was excited to come back and...

What a spectacular hotel. The best hotel stay I have ever had, and I've stayed at some really nice hotels. This hotel really thought of every single detail that I might need. The room is huge and not just by Tokyo standards. I loved that I had my very own powder room to get ready in. The service cannot be...

This review is long overdue after staying here multiple times. We've stayed at this hotel multiple times in the basic Deluxe room, Executive Suite, and the large Deluxe suite. Location of this hotel is amazing. 10 minute walk from the glamorous Ginza and 5 minute walk from Ramen Alley for late night eats. Tons of eating and shopping options all...

If you want to be in and around Ginza and your budget will stretch to it, the Peninsula in Tokyo should be on your short list. Large rooms, particularly the dressing area. Fantastic service (ok, you are in Tokyo, so it's expected). Great sized bathroom; decent coffee machine in the room and a well equipped gym. Stroll out of the...

Only stayed one night and wish we had stayed longer. The service from everyone (check in, concierge, door attendants, room service, restaurant) was attentive and impeccable. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom had every possible amenity and gadget. It is very well located, in the centre of all the shops and restaurants in Ginza. Could not find any...

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the Peninsula Tokyo. It is a great location, the hotel and rooms were clean and well-appointed. We traveled with a child and elderly guests and all were well-accommodated. Cannot say enough about the hotel.

Yes, it's a 5-star hotel, but came away feeling it's not up to Peninsula standards we have enjoyed in Hong Kong. While the room was spacious and pleasant, we likely won't be back. The lobby was crowded at all hours to capacity, with people waiting for tables, The front door is staffed with plenty of people, but no assistance offered...
