Exiting the hotel is unusual. If you exit from the Garden Tower exit you take escalators 7 stories down before reaching the outside but if you take the main checkout exit you take an escalator down one story and then you are outside. The Garden Tower exit takes you to banks, other restaurants and other retail. (In the hotel itself...

We stayed here for five nights. The hotel is very clean and well located right next door to the Tokyo metro. With more than 40 restaurants in this hotel, there is bound to be one that fits your food taste and your budget. Concierge service is very helpful. Staff is very professional. A thoroughly enjoyable stay!

Hotel itself very nice, huge. Service was excellent!! Room ok. But could be better. Out dated decor, which really does not bother me that much. Beds were very hard, and really that is my main issue. I have both rheumatoid and osteoarthritis, and when I woke up each morning, the beds were so hard, it made mornings, and first part...

Very large property, lots of restaurants (very expensive.) Hotel room seems large compared to the few others I've stayed in here in Tokyo. Nice standard. Request a room over the garden - views are supposed to be great (I'm on the city side.) Very convenient to subway, but not a lot of interesting bars/restaurants just outside hotel (at least that...

Wonderful to have a room with the view to the beautiful garden! It's a very good hotel, very friendly and competent staff. The rooms are not too small, more agreeable than usual Japanese standard. Good restaurants, but also expensive! Wonderful garden, gives you the chance for a nice walk in the center of the city! Problem: no possibility to open...

What a lovely hotel although it is big, probably one of the biggest I have stayed in, and you can get easily lost when you first arrive. The hotel has 2 accommodation blocks linked by an avenue of shops and restaurants. I wasn’t aware of the lower area of shops until we were about to leave. We stayed in the...

Huge hotel but with the most wonderful unexpected water gardens, better than any parkland Upgraded to a suite because heard the rooms were on the small side. Restuarants expensive, but you have to try the revolving restaurant, very expensive but fun. Excellent choice of wines. Stayed four nights, very convenient for Tokyo, service slow but staff excellent

Loved this hotel and it worked emailing them requesting a room on a high floor, we were on 34th. Wonderful on our 2nd morning to wake up and see Mount Fuji. Also fab views of Tokyo from restaurant on top floor whilst having a leisurely breakfast.

A very large hotel (1,500 bedrooms I believe), this hotel is all about quality with a large number of staff to look after you. There are two towers, we stayed in the Garden Tower on the 19th floor, great views of the Tokyo Tower and the ant like people scurrying to work in a morning. Dining was available on the...

This hotel was selected for us as part of a tour of Japan. Stayed 4 nights. Room was fine: good size, all facilities ( including easy to access free wi-fi), spotlessly clean, view over city from our window. Convenient for metro and lots of reasonably priced places to eat nearby. We didn't use any of the facilities except breakfast. Lots...
