don't know where to start, no matter how much I write it's not enough for how amazing everything about the hotel was. The staff are wonderful, the location could not be better with proximity to several restaurants and one open 24 hours, several large and small stations, many large and small grocery stores! We never had problem with the elevators, there were 4 elevators and they came immediately when we pressed the button, there was also a floor with laundry facilities and a gym on the same floor! The room was large and perfect, a fridge, luxury coffee machine, kettle, tea and coffee and water refilled daily, change of towels and hygiene items daily, cleaning every day, change of sheets if desired otherwise bed made every day. very nice lobby and surrounding area, the staff the staff was the best❤️❤️ We checked out 50 minutes later and were prepared to pay extra for 1 hour but there was no need said the man at the reception! What a service!! They kept our bags in large locked cages for a couple of hours after we checked out without us having to pay for it, we were even given several bottles of water when we asked for it! We would definitely stay here next time we are in Tokyo! Thank you Hotel Metropolitan for a wonderful and unforgettable stay! You guys are the best ❤️

We were staying with a family of 5. We had 3 beds in a large twin room, but it was rare to find a room for 5 people. The toilet and bathroom were in separate rooms, and the bathtub and washing area were separate, so we were able to relax. The only disappointment was that room service was only available until 10pm, so we couldn't use the cheese and fruit platter.

An Excellent stay. We booked the Executive double which I believe are all located on the 12th floor and found the room to be spacious and comfortable with plenty of storage for clothes and cases. The room has a desk space which if you are working is also helpful. The room was very clean.
They do have an eco policy for cleaning and linen changes and this is well communicated and easy to understand if you want to participate. The airconditioning works well.
We did not use the restaurants in the hotel but did use the laundry and gym which were both very clean and easy to use. Make sure you have some 100 yen coins.
The staff were very polite and helpful with enough English to support non - Japanese speakers.
The hotel is located in Iidibashi and is a brilliant location from which to explore Tokyo. Tokyo and Metro Rail links are less than 5 minutes walk from the hotel and so you can get to and from the hotel very easily.
Lots of small restaurants in the vicinity and all were very accomodating and helped us with ordering. It can be quite difficult to get into some of them without a prior reservation but please try! It is worth it.
There is a Family Mart just over the road at the front of the hotel should you need snacks and drinks for the room. There is a Diaso close by and a small shopping centre with a great supermarket.
Will stay here again.

The hotel seems like a old property as the carpet in the room looks wornout. The room was fairly big with three separate beds and sufficient room for us to move around. Room was clean .They provide a generous amount of drinking water on a daily basis. Right opposite the hotel is a convenience store and the Idabashi and Sudobashi rail stations are very closeby ie walking distance of less than 5 minutes. However from a sightseeing point of location it is away from tourist spots except Tokyo dome. There is coin ( 100 yen coins to be used only) washing machine and driers on the fourth floor with ironing facillity. What really didn't work for us as a family was the translucent door of the bathroom . It doesn't ensure ones privacy and other family members have to be careful to not pass in front of the bathroom as they will be able to see the occupant when in use.

It takes about 5 minutes to walk from Iidabashi Station.
Once inside, it is a room with a calm atmosphere and is highly soundproof. It's OK to have a group of international visitors around. There is also a banquet hall, so I think it will be a city hotel.
Breakfast buffet is mostly Western food, but it's very good. It's a JR hotel, but some booking sites are incredibly reasonable and the staff are attentive.
There were many people from overseas who were of European descent.
It's such a pleasant hotel that I've been staying here recently.

The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood with good train connections within walking distance. We had 1 room for 2 adults and 2 large children. The children's beds were a little too short. There were free slippers, disposable scrapers, toothbrushes, hand brushes etc. We bought breakfast at Starbucks and the 7-11 next to the hotel.

I use it when I travel to Tokyo. It is located midway between the Iidabashi and Suidobashi bridges, and is close to the Tokyo Dome system requirements, transportation from the Iidabashi base, and Kagurazaka. The hotel area is close to Starbucks, not to mention convenience stores, and the cost of accommodation is reasonable given the recent rise in prices. The hotel size is not too big or too small. Recently, however, there are a lot of inbound visitors and depending on the time, there is a waiting list at the front desk. I think the lobby in the morning was a foreign trip lol.

I would have given this place 5 stars if it wasn't for 2 things. 1) The housekeeping wasn't done with our room until 5 or 5:30 pm each day. . Considering we leave the room at 5 am and return at around 3 pm, there were many days of not getting our room turned over and sky high trash. 2) We had checked out on our last day, leaving our luggage with the hotel. We came back and wanted to eat a quick sandwich in the lobby. Keep in mind we had spent 2 weeks at this hotel, giving them a couple thousand USA dollars. We were told to not eat in the lobby but wasn't offered an alternative area. We told the man (I think a manager - worked Friday Oct. 18th 2024 at around 1 pm), that we had just spent 2 weeks there. Again, he didn't say that we could eat in another area, which is what I’d expect after giving them $2,000+, 2 hours before! We felt like he talked to us and treated us like we were just a couple homeless vagrants! After enjoying our stay for 2 weeks, this left a very bad taste in our mouths and we'll likely never stay there again because of this treatment. There are so many nice hotels nearby. When we got a taxi, the staff was helpful and charming. Shame on the day manager!!!

This time I stayed in a family room! The building is not new because it is a historic hotel, but it has a sense of cleanliness.
There is a large sofa by the window and the furniture is cornerless, which is nice for families with children. We also had a lot of children's rental equipment and borrowed a lot of things, but it was a great help that we with infants and Kanmi were able to rent Milton containers!
It is very easy to use with separate bath and toilet, but it was a bit difficult to put strollers in because of the heavy doors. If I could borrow a door stopper, I would have liked to.
It's close to Tokyo Dome and Iidabashi and Suidobashi stations, so access is the best!
Also, the East Wing rooms have a little train, but there are rooms that can be seen, so kids who like trains will love them!
I don't know if it's the sound of the upstairs or the next room, but I was a little worried about the sound reverberating.

I've been using it for almost 10 years. This time, since the coronavirus has subsided, I used it for the first time in 3 years. I was reassured that the staff's pleasant response remained as usual, but there were a few things I was concerned about. This may be due to labor shortages, rising labor costs, and work style reforms, but there were towel-like items left in the hallway from the evening of the previous day until the morning of the next day, and small pieces of trash were scattered here and there even before check-in time. It was falling. I was also surprised that there were insects next to the toilet. In a hurry, I tied the opening of the disposal bag in the trash can. Breakfast is delicious, but probably because there are so many foreign tourists, the rice is soggy and not tasty. This is a representative of my country's food.I want it to be cooked deliciously. I have written a lot about this, but I have decided to stay in Edmond. I will stay again

Iidabashii Station. There are about 4 lines that run through it. The exit for the hotel is signposted in the station. Take exit A2 (its a flight of steps). Directly in front of you will be a Moes burger shop. Walk to the right of Moes straight along the main road until you get to Patisserie Farine, about 5 mins walk. Turn left at the patisserie and the hotel is straight in front of you
Thank you very much for contacting Hotel Metropolitan Edmont Tokyo.
As mentioned in the previous reply, the last limousine bus, trains, express trains and buses leaving Narita Airport to our nearby station will leave before 11:00 p.m.
Therefore, we will also suggest to take the taxi.
It will depend on the traffic, however, it will usually take around
70 - 90 minutes.
Please kindly contact us should you have any other inquiries.
