The hotel is located in Central Tokyo, namely the Ginza district and close to the metro station and the Airport Limousine Bus. The service / staff is even for Japan very friendly and service oriented and has good english skills. The rooms are big, clean and air-conditioned as is the bath. One advantage is the the Dai-Ichi is the part...

Very friendly staff, clean, ok rooms and good breakfast. Some might find the rooms facing the trains noisy, but I was not bothered. I actually enjoyed watching the Shinkansen pass outside our room. The gym was a little expensive, but if you have time to go between 8 and 10 am, you get a discount (1000 yen per person). The...

This was a pretty good option in Tokyo. Great location, accommodating staff, super clean and good breakfast. However, if you prefer a spacious room then book somewhere else. Rooms as tidy but quite small. Though I will probably stay here again due to the location.

Situated in Shinbashi district, and very close to railway and subway station, it's easy to reach almost all Tokyo. Hotel is nice, and pretty well maintained (Japanese standard), with spacious and comfortable rooms. Ours was facing the railway just on the other side of the road, but not very noisy. Bathroom and linen were clean and fresh, but unfortunately in...

It has a very good location. Once a very famous but now considreably ordinary hotel. Clean rooms, good service. Very close to Ginza, just next to the Yamanote line Shimbashi station. Many restaurants and shops and parks around.

We stayed at the Dai-Ichi Hotel annex for two legs of a trip to Japan, and had a wide-double room on the first leg, on the side of the hotel facing the Yamanote railway line, and then a king-sized bed on the other side of the hotel for the second leg of our trip. In both cases, we found that...

Stayed here with the group. Staff are friendly and quite helpful. Room are normal size, not too small & big either. The location is just across shimbaishi station which the main point for those who travelling with japan trains. Ginza area is just 10-15 minutes walking distance with passing some cafes & restaurants.

Small hotel rooms, even for Tokyo, with too much clutter for the small space. Supposedly a non-smoking room, but had that awful musty smell that means either that wasn't truthful, or the whole aircon system is so infiltrated with smoke that it permeates the place anyway. Staff were obliging.

Hotel is located near Ginza. There are lot of eating joints around the hotel. The train station is close by. The rooms are relatively small. Though they have all what is required in the room but feels a bit cramped. The breakfast spread is average and has lot less for vegetarians.
