Loved the hotel and it's history (Frank Lloyd Wright built a hotel on the site, it has been moved to the country due to earthquakes, but there is a wonderful exhibition in the lobby). Very good service, very clean, very elegant feel to it. Breakfast up on the 17th (?) floor was great. Go to breakfast early (due to jetlag...

Imperial Hotel in Tokyo is one of the most established hotels, usually one chosen by dignitaries and VIPs. Service is impeccable and many restaurants to choose from. I was very impressed with the service and cleanliness of the rooms and the lack of cigarette smell in the corridors and rooms (although in Japan most men are known to smoke!)

It was as enjoyable a hotel stay as I've had anywhere in the world. EVERYTHING was exceptionally good: the staff (helpful and friendly -- and I don't speak a word of Japanese), the room, the location, the restaurants, gift shops (where I did the lion's share of my shopping), the room (spacious and immaculately clean), etc., etc., etc. I give...

I've utilize their facility due to company event for 4000 pax, do understood that too clouded with no service but a bit surprised that the way staff helps the elevator and parking slot. I felt more way to think of to clean up the traffic. Hope next time to be better.

My jet lag was brutal, but the room was clean and spacious, bed was super comfy, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. A lot of warm greetings expressed vis-à-vis bowing...I felt like the Emperor for a couple of days. Speaking of the Emperor, he and his geishas actually live close by at The Imperial Palace, which is a stone's...

This was our first stay in Japan and we were completely overwhelmed by the service and attitude of the staff. The facilities are first rate but the attention to detail and the concern of the staff for our convenience and comfort were unparalleled to anything we had experienced in the US. The hotel is surrounded by many small streets lined...

This hotel is one of the best in the world i've stayed at. Granted I speak conversational Japanese and found it easy to communicate. From the lobby to the views from the room to the room itself I am in love. The pool and spa are japanese style and just awesome. If you travel on business i would highly recommend...

The Imperial hotel is a very historic hotel that dates back to actually 100 years (they are celebrating their 100th year right now!) that was built to cater to Western visitors to Japan. We did not stay in the old wing but stayed in the modern newer wing. The hotel oozes style everywhere. It has a beautiful plaza and arcade...

Just spent a night at this hotel and almost everything was superb, the service staff work like tick tock it was impressive although sometimes a bit mechanical, the room was great and the view even better. one thing to remark is perhaps the grand lobby need a face lift as it looked a bit dated, however all in all my...

Spent two nights at this hotel (tower portion). Heard this hotel has 100 yrs. history but it was well maintained. The services were flawless and impeccable. The hotel is in great location, in the center of business district and near emperor palace. The good size room and comfortable bed. It was quite secure, you need the key to get into...
