We did not know what to expect on our trip and the Four Seasons made the introduction to Tokyo very easy. The service, location, facility were outstanding. That alone is worth the investment. Next to Tokyo Station and in the Financial District allowed for a top of the line experience.

We stayed a week over December/ January 2015 at the Four Seasons Japan. Reservations was easy online and confirmed via email. The staff also arranged to meet us at the airport, escort us to the Narita Express train and another staff member met us at the Tokyo station to escort us to the hotel. Thank goodness they did as its...

The rooms are beautiful, the staff is unbelievable, and the location is great. A few examples: - They meet you at the airport or train and escort you to your room. - They got us reservations to Michelin 3-star Yoshitake (which you have to try if you can get in) - We bought something a bit unwieldy in Ginza, and...

The room we had was very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was large and well-equipped with quality amenities. We had a room with a beautiful view of the train tracks allowing us to watch the bullet trains silently glide in and out of the station. This is a fabulous hotel right by the Tokyo train station. It's luxurious and service oriented with great staff and great food for all palates. We stayed for three nights. Don't accept a room over the train tracks unless you are a very sound sleeper.
