I've had trouble figuring out how to use my free stay gift every year, but this was the best one I've ever had.
The room was not a suite, so it was small, but the furniture arrangement and partitions were well thought out and it was comfortable.
The main feature of this room? The cypress bath was very refreshing, and I poured the fresh lemon that was prepared in the room into it.
Breakfast was lined up at 6:30, but if you go early there are seats left so you can eat slowly, and the food was better than I expected.
However, I personally don't like the restaurant at Satsuki outside of breakfast hours.
Even if taste preferences are a matter of personal preference, the hotel did not share the invitation card, which left me with a bad impression.
Due to the location, there are many restaurants both inside and outside the hotel, and even if you miss out on a reservation for the Tour d'Argent Tokyo like me, there are many options, including nearby restaurants, so you shouldn't have any trouble.
I recommend the Shin-Edo Room.

The service of the staff is unmatched, friendly, respectful and with an excellent attitude, in any area where you find yourself, there will always be someone willing to help you.
I loved the breakfast, everything was very tidy, well cared for and above all delicious and healthy with a good amount of bread to choose from and the rest was very healthy and clean, the staff was attentive.
The beautiful and very well-kept garden that shows an air of contrast in the midst of its giant neighbors seems like an oasis. It has several restaurants with delicious food. And several luxury stores in the same place.
Very good location near the transport station. If you are looking for luxury, attention and excellent service this is the place

The room itself was large and very clean, comfortable, and quiet. I slept well all nights. The bathroom facilities were excellent, and the wifi adequate speed and reliable. The one odd thing was there were very few electric outlets in the room and not a single USB or outlet near the bed, which you expect in a modern hotel. Room service is not daily but can be had upon request so after the first night I was able to get my coffee and water restocked even though I didn't need towel or bedding service.
This is part of a sprawling three hotel complex - think something on the scale of a casino in Vegas. They advertise 32 restaurants between the three properties. I ate at 4 of them and they were all excellent, as well as pricey. The breakfast buffet in The Satsuki is impressive - as good as I've ever experienced.
The nearest subway station is Nagatacho, which is three stops from Shibuya scramble crossing. There is so much on the property but not much really right outside the door of the hotel. It's a relatively short .4 mile walk to stores and more restaurants in the area.
If you are looking for a quiet, upscale experience near but not directly in all the action, this is a great option.

This hotel has become slightly vintage but at the same time it is quite pleasant.
The staff is extremely competent and unparalleled kindness. He goes out of his way to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
The only downside for me was the room service, relatively expensive and not particularly good. I had breakfast in the room which overlooks the garden, I specify that I did not try the restaurant which only offers a Japanese breakfast nor the one in the garden tower. This breakfast is relatively good (special mention for the salmon) but unfortunately the same for 4 days... no change, it's a shame.
The garden is particularly beautiful.

The breakfast is not to be missed. I could have gotten lost in there for a couple hours if I didn’t have to be somewhere every morning. So many choices of the highest quality.
