Convenient location at walking distance to Tokyo station and the palace. The housekeeping and concierge services are second to none in Tokyo. Room is not the biggest ones but you can get enormous view from balcony. Highly recommended.

This is certainly a 5 star hotel and then some. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The facilities and conference rooms are of the highest quality available in Tokyo. The price is very high so is not for every budget.
I stayed there early August. This is the first I stay after their full renovation. It is very convenient as the subway can connect to the basement of the hotel. However, the front door service can be improved. More smile and quicker action is needed....More
