Centrally located in the heart Tokyo, it has big comfortable rooms, friendly staff and very prompt service. Only it doesn't have anything for children to do on a rainy day. Food has a lot of variety, good pricing but doesn't taste as good as it's presented A good place to stay in on the whole.

My husband and I just returned home from a several night stay at the Palace Hotel. The room was amazingly clean. Customer service was unbelievable from each hotel employee that we encountered. Every evening they do a turn down service. Three people from housekeeping came to our room to turn down the bed, change out dirty towels, and bring bottles...

This is a wonderful new hotel just a few years old next door to the Imperial Palace East Gardens. A quieter location but very close to Ginza. Excellent rooms, views and service. Nice piano bar downstairs and a terrific outside restaurant for breakfast.

Stayed here for five nights during Cherry Blossom time. The hotel is immaculate and very well staffed. It is located right near one of the main subway stations so access to all of the Tokyo Districts is very convenient. The concierge was very helpful prior to our trip with restaurant reservations. We emailed them and they sent us several recommendations....

The service is first class. Our room was very comfortable - the shower is amazing!! Pricey but you get what you pay for. We were here on a...

My husband and I stayed in Palace Hotel Tokyo for 6 days 5 nights. Japanese rate it as the best hotel and we love it for many reasons. It's located right next to the Palace with great accessibility to a 5-km running track around the Palace. The hotel lobby is spacious and grand, decoration and ambience are tasteful. The size...

The hotel has great views but also a very practical location. Direct connected with the Metro and only a short walk away from the Imperial garden, Tokyo Station and some shopping. The Hotel itself has modern spacious rooms, we had one with a balcony which was great. The staff is very friendly and attentive, only negative at times of nice...

Japan does not offer great value on hotels and in general they are wildly expensive however this is a hotel in the heart of Tokyo that offers comparatively good value. The service is very good and the rooms extremely comfortable.

Our final stop on a great tour of central Japan this hotel was amazingly luxurious in every respect, probably the best we have ever stayed in. We were happy to chill out here for the last day and a half of our holiday and enjoy the hotel. Excellent if fairly pricey main restaurant, but very good choice of western and...
