Excellent hotel with amazing location. We loved the kind staff always on hand to help. We loved the roomy bathroom and the sink and toilet being separated for less waiting time in the morning and evenings. The room amenity bar in the lobby was greatly appreciated as well. They had bath salts, combs, hair ties, facial soap, lotion, razors and other items.
My only complaint is the small rooms but can be remedied by booking the roomier Twin bed configuration room.
This location is about 5 minutes away from Yodobashi Akiba branch and a few minutes walk to Mandarake Akihabara branch.
Despite being on top of the JR Akihabara, we never heard nor felt the trains coming and going.
Overall a very good place to stay.

Stayed for 5 nights at this hotel and definitely feels good. The location of this hotel is awesome as its just directly at JR Akihabara station which you do not have to worry even if its raining. The hotel room is comfortable and have everything that you will need for a nice stay. The toilet and the shower area are separated so its ok even if 2 person is staying and one needs to shower and the other needs to use the toilet. Definitely will stay again the next time I visit Tokyo.

2 adults and a 3yo. We enjoyed our 3 night stay. 24hrs reception and amenities available near reception. Right next to Akihabara station and malls across. The entire place was really clean and the toilet included usual amenities. The room we booked was the superior twin room. The room size was suffice for 2 large luggages, 2 carry on and 2 backpacks. Large beds. We didnt mind if there was no view, we were happy with a clean place and no odd smell. 1 min walk to Yamato Transport - (which we used to send our luggages from Akihabara to Osaka) Laundry available but only had 2 machines so i suggest to do it in the morning (we used it twice).

The location of this new hotel is excellent-next to the train station. The room was compact but was very clean and the 2 large twin beds were very comfortable. The beds are raised a bit so that you can tuck the carry-on luggage under the bed(see photo). Even though our room on the 9th floor faces the train tracks, it was quiet which speaks to the great sound insulation. The front desk was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for the location and value.

We only stayed for one night in a standard double room. The size of room isn’t too big so we had to use up all desks / tables and even the ironing board for our bags and goods (I don’t like to put them in the floor). The bathroom is decent sized and there are free amenities you can take at the hotel lobby. The hotel is literally right next to the Akihabara station so it’s also super convenient if you wanted to walk around the Akihabara area till late and no need to worry about transport. Overall a nice hotel that meets all your essential needs so nothing else to complain.

This hotel is at exit/entrance to Alihabara station. Super convenient. In heart of everything. So helpful and prompt reception staff . Food voucher for adjacent Starbucks or their hotel restaurant can be used for any meal. Room spacious by japanese standards, modern. Even have back massager and pajamas! Self serve laundry available on one of the floors. All possible amenities (different soaps, bath salts and even face masks!) available in lobby. This was a great hotel

Beautiful view of the main Akihabara square from the room! All shopping spots and the train station are right below the hotel.
The room is a little small, but a very smart layout makes it very comfortable and feel bigger than those of larger business hotels. So I had a very comfortable stay! Very smart use of space and the floor to ceiling window in the larger rooms make it feel incredible. The desk is very handy for some light work in the morning. The AC/Heater is very smartly placed and very efficient. The beds are comfortable.
The breakfast buffet has lots of variety and provides a great view of the shops as well. The staff of the hotel and restaurant are excellent and very courteous. Very strongly recommended for anyone vising Akiba or other areas in Tokyo.

Very convenient location in the Akihabara district immediately above the metro and JR stops. It's a shame that the rooms are very small and uncomfortable to move around. With 2 suitcases one had to fit under the bed. The bathroom was the most spacious part of the room

Right at Akihabara train station, great location. A 7-11 on first floor. You can pay for breakfast for the cafe next to it which is open til 3am! We ate there a couple of other times. No bars open before 6pm, but you can sit at the cafe and relax with a beer if you feel like it in the middle of the day. Or have a parfait. We got the 2 beds for 3 nights and this room was the roomiest compared to the hotels we had in Tokyo. Which was good because we'd get so tired of walking, we could drink some beers or saki from the 7-11 store and sit and read for a while. I didn't like that the tub had a high seat in it, but made it work anyway. Beds were good. Don't care for the pajamas, okay to lounge in but not sleep in. That's the same in the other hotels. Checking in on computer was weird because a live person comes on the screen, but works easy. If you need a real person, you just ring the bell.

The hotel’s on top of Akihabara station, literally a dozen steps from the station entrance, making it a very practical base to move around Tokyo or to explore the Electric Town of Akihabara. The room’s small but modern and practical, and let’s face it – you didn’t come here to spend all day in the hotel room anyway. Considering there’s a gaming arcade next door and a station below, the room was surprisingly quiet, even when there was a metalhead busker playing guitar in the corner one day. Checking in and out was hassle-free with the machine. There’s a convenience store on the street level with a direct access to the hotel lifts.
