The room is okay but for the people that wants comfort, its not for you. Its just decent. Staff is okay and service is good. I only stayed for two nights for the location is near where my work is. The place is just a few meters from the tagbilaran pier. If you want to get connected to the web,...

Only stayed here for one night as we wanted to be close to the pier for a morning ferry to Cebu. Our room was a good size, clean and adequate for our stay. The bathroom had a tepid shower but with it being so hot and humid outside we didn't mind not having hot water. Wifi is only available in...

Arrived late from Cebu via Oceanjet Fastcraft & was served promptly. Security & front office staff were polite & indeed put me in a better mood after the 2 hours asscracking fastcraft ride.. My family room was in the basement & had no windows, 2 beds , Good airconditioning, bathroom & a TV with cable channels. Wifi was only available...

The staff was amazing and very friendly. The little sun cafe downstairs was nice and the staff there was also very friendly. The room was clean and so was the hotel. We had the junior suite and it had a great view with a little outdoor sitting area. Just a wonderful experience and we will stay again.

Clean rooms close to the pier (walking distance) , practical for a late arrival or a early departure. It's nothing fancy but it does the job. Wi-Fi in the lodge and fresh towel in the room. Friendly staff

We stayed in Sun Avenue for two nights during our stay in Bohol. The hotel was very good, the staff was very nice and helpful. Our room was spacious and very clean. We had a basement room, which obviously means no windows, daylight or fresh air. I would have definitely preferred to have a ground floor / higher floor room,...

It's in a very central location, not far from the airport as well. The rates are good and the staff also has been accommodating as well. The rooms are ok for the price, though the restaurant serves nice meals I have to say.

We had heard about the place from tourists so decided to check it out. Rates are lower than other city establishments but a short journey to Panglao Island will provide nicer rooms at less price. However, if it's City Centre location you want, then, location wise, this hotel is hard to beat. I expected the room to be noisy but...

“Cheaper rooms are in the basement level and do not have windows, and also do not include breakfast. Depending on which rooms are available during your stay, it may be worth to 'upgrade' to one of the deluxe rooms which have windows and breakfast included. Otherwise, the standard rooms are still quite decent, quiet, and you can sleep till noon if you like (but that's not why you're in Bohol!).”

“i put "average" as the noise level above because if you have a room on the street it will be unbelievably noise but if you get a back room as i did it will be quiet.”
