Lovely hotel that caters for all. Breakfast is great with something for everyone. The spa is lovely, wonderful way to relax after a day exploring. The receptionist that works in the day time weekdays is so helpful and friendly, thank you. Rooms cleaned every day which are spacious and comfortable. Cannot fault this hotel, I would recommend it to anyone.

We started a walking trip with two nights in this hotel. Clean, spacious room with good bathroom with bath and shower. Balcony was a great sun trap. There were loungers on the balcony and even an airer to dry clothes. Friendly reception staff. Breakfast simple but fresh great, fresh orange juice, some fruit, cakes, croissants. Very easy access to some...

We spent 3 nights here and were very comfortable. Our room was spacious and so was the terrace which had good views of the sea. The bed was comfortable and the whole place was spotless. The staff were friendly and helpful as well. The hotel is close to the center of the village and there are several restaurants nearby. The...

We had one night in this hotel, which seems to have references to ships in its striking atrium. We were fortunate to be given a suite, which was extremely spacious. It was also very well maintained, so it appears that there may be some disparities in the level of individual rooms. We found the staff helpful, though not effusive.

Nice hotel in good location but the decor is a little tired now & it would benefit from a small refurbishment. Breakfast is great, lots of choice & the village itself is really beautiful, highly recommend for 1/2 days of relaxation, good food & good wine!

In general terms is a correct hotel, with friendly staff. Problem is that beds are not according to hotel price/stars (too small and not too comfortable) bathroom is too small, specially compared with room size. Also spa is only open from 10h to 19h (too limiting specially 19h as if you go to explore the island you an arrive late...

We had a very pleasant time here. The village is in a remote spot and springs to life when the ferry is in otherwise it is all very peaceful. The history of the village is interesting and there are some good walks nearby. The fish restaurants are excellent and very good value. The design of the hotel is good in...

Lovely hotel in a beautiful little fishing village, totally unspoilt, and with amazing fish restaurants, in the north of the island of gran canaria. Lots to see and do in this area, and the main road from las Palmas is very good well worth a visit.

We arrived here after spending three nights at the island's Parador and the entrance area/reception was a bit shabby by comparison. But our room, although on the small side, was clean and comfortable with the added bonus of a large private terrace. The hotel's interior design was actually quite stylish, in the manner of an ocean liner, and staff were...

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, as were all the people we spoke to in town. We walked into our room and it was spotlessly clean (bathroom was brand new and felt truly clean - no grime no oldness) and had high ceilings king sized bed and a cute sitting area. We spent literally 4 hours in the thermal...

“The rooms are all very pleasant but it depends rather on your neighbours. If you have noisy neighbours who have loud TV on late at night and shout then it is not so good! We had a private roof terrace which was nice although no view as such.”
