Staff amazing - every one of them will make an effort to make you feel like part of the family. The rooftop bar, pure class, and a sunset view over the ocean that cannot be matched. The restaurant is outstanding, breakfast any way you like and more evening meal choices than you can make. Nothing is too much trouble. I want to go back. Ended up extending our stay to almost 2 months, didn’t want to leave.

We reserved one night here. It was a very nice stay, room with sea view, very clean and large (43m2). Excellent bed. The spa is outstanding, even if you have to pay for it, worthwhile. Large outdoor pool. Breakfast very good. We reserved already a room for may 15th.

The hotel is amazing, it is located in front of the ocean with an amazing view over it. Agaete is quite small city, so for sure you will find a quiet life there. We got a room type "Honeymoon" which has a sofa, a big bed, and a huge balcony with a balinese sunned on it, of course with the view over the ocean from the top of the hotel. The room is OK, no personalized decoration, a standard one. However, there is improvement that can be done easily in the room for a 4 stars hotel. -No support for toothbrush , which is not super bacteria-free -The shower has a transparent window between the bed and its, without any possibility to cover it, of course we are in the Honeymoon so this is to add more romantic. However the possibility to hide/close a kind of curtains will be perfect -The WC door is not totally close, you got 10cm open at the bottom and a small gap of 2-3cm between the door and the wall which allow you to see your partner in his worst posture at the WC, not so glamorous :D - A little teapot will be more than appreciate. -The TV is quite old and doesn't have an airplay connection which not allow you to share your iPhone screen on TV for (Netflix, etc...) The rooftop has an amazing bar which benefit of the awesome view over the ocean, the decoration is very nice, kind of small intimate bubble to be with your friends / partners and there is a real barman, meaning that you will be able to enjoy your amazing favorite cocktails there. The SPA is very nice and have a very good price value for resident The gym is small but does the job, keep you fits, in COVID situation, this is the perfect gym as you cannot be more than 2 inside, so you have the quiet and calm gym for you The swimming pool is nice but was a little bit cold in this October month, of course, Summer is over, however we were able to enjoy the jacuzzi :) The breakfast was OK; nothing fancy but all goods however the dinner was not at all my kind of food. I didn't find it very attractive and tasty, especially for a 4 star hotel, however the cheap price of 15 Euros maybe justify the reason. The city is very small so there is not plenty of options to eat especially during this covid period, so take your precaution, find opening restaurants or take away from a supermarkets/restaurants. I would recommend this hotel for sure :)…

Liked · The view from the room was amazing, looking directly out onto the ocean, and in the evening straight onto the sunset. The room is spacious. The staff on reception were friendly and very competent. The breakfast was quite nice and offered a good variety. Good to have access to the spa. The rock pools are a pleasant 10 minute walk downhill. The small port is a 15 minute walk. The location is fantastic and I would definitely return. I love going to the north of the island. It's much more authentic than the typical touristic areas of the south, The food is great. I think this is my favourite part of the island. The landscape is so impressive here too with no high-rise hotels spoiling the the view or the surroundings. Disliked · The room though spacious is bit bare on the decoration side, it could really benefit from a painting or picture on the walls. There is no tea/coffee facilities. The restaurant was fully booked so I could not have dinner, nor was there an option to order food or even dine in room from the buffet. They were not very accommodating on this front. There was only one person on reception which meant a bit of a wait for most queries.…

Spent 3 days at this lovely hotel. Really beautiful location with stunning views of the sea and mountains . It’s perfect for a 2-3 day getaway.... pool area outside is large and offers enough space. Rooms could use some improvements here and there, but overall not bad at all. Spacious, which is important and large balconies. Now to the bad: - charging 20,00€ per person for use of indoor pool and sauna is unacceptable! It’s expected to pay for massage treatments but not for use of a thermal pool. No wonder it was empty!! I have visited enough hotels with same and / or better facilities and never had to pay extra for use of an indoor pool! - food! Oh boy, where to start?! 2 out of 3 dinners we had there were a complete disaster. First night I was served raw fish! After sending it back, all I got in return was a whole lot of confused staff with noone really knowing how to rectify the problem. My husbands meat was covered in sauce with fat floating on surface... the chef took offense to our complaints! Second night, there was so much confusion and disorganization in the restaurant, it took 20 minutes to just get the wine served, then 45 minutes between each course. Many guests ended up leaving before getting their desserts because they were fed up with waiting. And all this while restaurant was only 1/3 full. Overall dissatisfied with the service...…
