You will get what you paid for. Budget hotel, but very clean with every day room service. 20 min of walk to the beach and 10 min to the nearest supermarket. Close to all restaurants and Santa Barbara Castle. Also 10 min of walk to Mercado Central.

For a budget hotel and considering the low price of 30€ a night for 3 people all in very good value. Don't expect 5 stars but it's clean and the staff are helpful. There is no WiFi in rooms (but there is communal WiFi zones). We spent about 8 hours in the hotel basically to sleep and wash. If you...

Reading on the website's advert, may I give our feedback during our recent experience: 1) This is NOT a beach hotel - it will take you at least 20 minutes to walk to the nearest port or beach area 2) This is a VERY SMALL hotel. Lots of pictures on Hotelopia website. Don't get deceived, this is to make their...

The beds are really lousy, squeaky and very uncomfortable. However having a balcony is nice even though the view can be forgotten. Wifi is poor on the upper floors. No aircon either. Doors were not soundproof and lots of noise from the corridors.

We arrived at 1am. Our allocated room had only been partly cleaned-the bathroom was dirty with a recently used toilet(no brush) wet towels and used sink. The young man on reception found us a new room and was obviously embarrassed. He was the most engaging of the reception team. Others we saw over our 3 night stay had poor eye...

Wanted a central hotel. It is, 5 minutes to subway, 10 minutes to rail and 10 minted to harbour. Staff were great, we asked them for directions on 3 occasions and they explained how to get there and gave us a map. Room was cleaned daily with soap and shampoo left. Downside, bathroom tiny and decor a bit tired. Air...

Ok you have what you pay for. but when we booked the hotel they promised a buffet breakfast and the photo showed a buffet breakfast. Wrong! A dreadful orange juice, bad quality coffee, 2 choice of boring cereals, some bread, boiled eggs and low quality processed meat. Ah! some fruit. The jam was awful and no cheese at all. We...
