This is a fabulous hotel in a superb location. It was a 20 minute journey on the local bus (3.85 Euros) from the airport and the bus stop is very close to the hotel. Our room was one of The Level rooms, it was beautiful and had everything we needed, the beds very comfy, lovely bathroom with toiletries, tea and...

The hotel is in a good location. The room was nice, modern and clean. Breakfast was good and served in a wonderful room with great views. There is parking next to the hotel. There are many good places to eat just an easy walk away. We were awakened by the noise of loud street people in the night.

Very good overall experience, very good breakfast, with stunning views of beach and castle. Bar service needs working on. Stayed in a suite, (which surprisingly had two bathrooms) with a big balcony and views of the harbour , but no loungers! A bit pricey, but very good sized room with comfortable beds/sofa bed. One of the better Melia's we have...

We booked this hotel for it pool , the sun is gone by 1...

On checkin I was asked for credit card for mini-bar, which I did not have with me. They decided to take out contents. Then a manager arrived and said they would have to cancel my booking or pay 50 euros per day for the mini bar. The booking was made and paid last year. The room was badly in need...

Stayed three nights in this hotel. The room, a deluxe, was comfortable not huge but adequate. It had a rather small balcony overlooking the beach. A large comfy bed with a large bathroom. The hotel is a busy hotel and breakfast can be a bit of a food fest. However, the staff are attentive, courteous and friendly and almost all...

We recently went on a short break to Alicante, firstly the hotel is nothing like it looks on the internet. Not all is bad, the location is good. The swimming pool is nothing what it looks like on the website at all. There was hardly any space for just 2 of us to sit beside eachother. The hotel is in...

Everything is perfect! One remark. Our room (4118) was ok but needs to be modernised in the coming years..breakfast is very good. Never experienced such an wide range of food. For your own comfort you should go before 9.30..it's getting a bit too crowdy afterwards..
