I spent a week here with my wife, 2 kids, mother and her dog and we had a wonderful experience. The hotel is charming, the manager and staff treated us like family. The hotel location is ideal, directly on a smaller lake in a cute town, with direct access to swimming. The ideal Italian vacation.

We stayed five days in august 2014 (family with two small children). The lake setting on the picturesque village square is wonderfull. The manager arranged a second room for us after arrival, so everyone could sleep well. Our daughter was sick, and the hotel staff made no problem about storing and fetching her medicine at mealtimes. The food was very nice...

My wife and I, a pensioner couple, stayed recently as part of a tour with Newmarket Travel. The room we were allocated had a beautiful lake view, bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of cupboard space. Bathroom was well equipped except for the lack of a shower curtain or screen. This meant that we had to be extra...

Quite an old fashioned hotel, needs updating. We stayed here with Newmarket tours and a few guests were upset after being told there pre request for a lake few was not possible. They did not see why as it appeared to be only Newmarket and 2 other groups staying and the hotel was far from full. I think the manager...

Stayed recently as part of a tour with Newmarket travel. We had read the reviews before we visited and had taken the opportunity of e-mailing beforehand and requesting a room overlooking the lake which we had. There were no problems with the room, although there was no air conditioning, at the time we visited the temperatures were not excessive. Plenty...

On our arrival, we thought, great, super location in a tiny village, how wrong could we have been????? Rude, miserable staff, awful food and worse still, meals. Oh, forgot to mention our broom cupboard of a room, seriously! Too long a story to go into all details, but would not recommend this hotel.

These sentences written by you are a proof that show all your “class”,wich is very poor, but we (and by we I mean all the Staff of the Hotel) already noticed that at your check inn. “Rude, Miserable, and not good meals” we send it back to the sender!! An older hotel on the lake shore. Try and get a lake view. A pleasant and interesting little town. Lots of lake sports and activities. Good small information centre. Food 0k. And good if you are not on a tour. Helpful staff.

Our first impression of this hotel was very pleasing, it was well painted, looked cared for and with its lakeside position and foliage screened outdoor seating area, although close to the none too busy road gave an air of tranquility. One only has to cross this small road to either sit in a pitza restaurant right on the lake or...
