I work for one of the most reputed brands in Italy - Ferrari and i am from Middle east.Inspite of speaking to the reception and sending n number of e mails to avail a room , the front office people seem damn bothered about how to speak to a customer or guide him in the right way .Also i suppose they dont know english and hand up the phone on your face . Dont even think of going and staying at such a place in my life. Better go for I point hotel .The staff are so kind and friendly

was here for a 2 week tour and a 3 week tour and I have to say this hotel needs some updating. the rooms are mostly single beds where the living area is smaller than the bathroom (no lie). the A/c isn't turned on until July when I was there in june our rooms got to 38 degrees celciusand if there aren't many people in the hotel they turn the air off and say its out of service or broken. the breakfast is good but after 3 weeks you are definitely looking for any change you can get and the menu does not change. I found the dinner menu to be expensive but the food was good. the staff was friendly but the language barrier was an issue on more than one occasion. they threw a party every Friday or Saturday in their dining room and it went on until 1 or 2 in the morning and even being on the top floor the base was crazy and I like loud music. the internet was very spotty in the rooms and was off for 2 days straight on both occasions I travelled there.

Unfortunately not many places to Choose from in this area none seem to be appropriate but at least have decency to give non smoking rooms which absolutely stink and unacceptable in 2017. Way past the date for improvements, the restaurant is ok but all staff seem grumpy and reminds me of the Adams family

This hotel on the outskirts of San Giovanni in Persiceto about 15 miles form the Bologna airport is a very casual relaxing hotel. Everyone was friendly yet casual. This hotel is also close to the Lamborghini car factory and you will see people at the hotel with Lamborghini insignias.

This hotel is well over due for renovation! The furniture, carpets and decor are all very worn and out dated. The beds are rock hard, it would be more comfortable sleeping on the floor. On my final night there was a function going on downstair, the noise went on until well beyond midnight, not great when you have a 6am flight to catch. The saving grace for this hotel is the restaurant which serves consistently good food, although the tables, chairs, linen, plates etc. etc. All belong in the 1970s!
