Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This is about our sixth visit to Albury Gardens Tourist Park. The cabins are spacious, fresh and clean, have decent sized parking for large vehicles, have great amenities - BBQ, swimming pool, landscaped gardens and are close to everything

This park is on a industrial area We paid $35. 00 for a very uneven with leaves / cig buts / tripping hazards / fungus growing We were unable to use most of daylight hours due to 3 vehicles deciding to park in our allotted space, one of which was a very old large 4 wheel drive car with 2 young men . The old battered car had a black 💨 smoky stinky exhaust , the 🧑‍⚕️ 🧑‍⚕️ driver and passenger left it running and while they went to visit someone in the park causing us to find elsewhere to sit due to the exhaust fumes . We had returned to lay down for a nap after driving all day only for the young men to return to the car some time latter , and sit in the car with the engine running again smoking us out ONCE AGAIN 😡 As for the facilities I’d give a vote of 2 the toilets had very strong stinky odour , old run down and could do with a good amount of maintenance/ painting plastic tap tops very loose need replacing as one fell off in my hand simply tuning it on to have a shower Shower was not cleaned the day we was there ( grotty floor ) Want dog hair or bugs with your tea and toast?? ? ( Toaster and kettle for camp kitchen right next to a big dryer where I seen a lady shaking a dog rug resulting in dog hair floating all over kettle / toaster . 😨 🤢 Nah we have camped at far better FREE CAMP areas than this park We will give the park a HUGE miss when we go to Queensland in winter

We booked a studio style pet friendly cabin where we were allowed to bring the dogs inside. Other parks should note that this makes the dogs happier and as a result quieter than having to leave them in the car. The cabin was clean and the beds, with their good quality linen, comfortable. My only criticism was the lack of cooking facilities and cutlery. Our days were long, leaving at dawn and getting back at sunset. Using the barbecue in the dark didn't appeal. There was room in the kitchenette for a couple of hotplates but they were sadly missing. The park is shady and although close to Wagga Road the sound of the traffic was minimal.

Stayed a few nights while visiting family nearby. The cabin was very quiet, comfortable and with much more space than a similarly priced motel. Being able to do our own cooking was a huge plus. Cabins and grounds all well maintained with everything we needed. This place will be top of our list for our next regular visit to Albury.

its a really nice peaceful park not far from the main drag for food and petrol ...now you might be worried because it runs along the wagga wagga road but it is surprisingly peaceful because there are trees that sheild the park against the road ...we had a look at the swimming pool and it just looked so pretty but toooooo cold for us to try also i saw that there is a common room that has books to read and activities to do ...must not forget the beautiful BBQ area too... lots of established plants bushes and tress just to make the whole park more homey.. just a really welcoming park ..now a mention to the staff there.. the girls are very obliging and very helpful with your needs ..especially if you turn up at the wrong park and you are totally lost and it is pitch black and you can not see where you are or going ..did not fuss the girls.... she was more than happy to drive out to greet us at reception and help us but we were not there because we were at the wrong caravan park plus we were lost...got there in the end ..thank god..so heres my huge shout out and a big thank you to Kay and especially Mandy

We stayed in our caravan, and were very appreciative of the stone base to camp on, as it had been raining for a while before we arrived, and continued on and off whilst we were there. No mud, or puddles to contend with. The amenities, the friendly staff, and the location are what keep us returning to the very same place.

Shocking experience stayed for two days until we could book in to another park, cold showers, terrible septic smell, caravan bay was run down and an inch deep in rotten leaves, water taps hanging off the pole, permanent van has barking dog all night, banging doors arguing don't do it find a better park, workers starting trucks up early morning in caravan bays the list goes on

Lovely park with great clean amenities. As it is part of the retirement village it was quiet at night. The staff were exceptional and could not be more helpful and knowledgeable. Even the maintenance guy was friendly and shared some local knowledge of where to go and what to do.
