We stayed here for 2 nights on route to Venice from Croatia. While not located in central Trieste it is an easy bus trip into the town. The hotel is very good value for money with decent rooms and facilities. Located very close to the main highway this hotel is ideal for short stays or for those on touring holidays....

Very decent hotel. You pay for what you get. Need a car to go to the city center, or perhaps public transportation. Breakfast is minimal, but again we are not talking about a 4-5 star hotel. Room was clean and staff very helpful. The main hotel parking is on a side street, but there are a few spots outside the...

Ok, the Hotel Sonia is not on the waterfront or in the city centre of Trieste, it's not even in Trieste, it's just over the city boundary in Domio. And yes the area is more commercial, not industrial as such and has a flyover very close by. I wasn't sure what to expect but have been pleasantly surprised both with...

This hotel is convenient if you are driving, as it is not near the city center of Trieste. The rooms were small, clean and comfortable. The black-out drapes kept out the summer early-morning sun. The included breakfast was good. The staff were the best thing about this hotel. They were always friendly and helpful, even making us a late-night sandwich...

Kept calling around and couldn't find any rooms available at 5 am. We accidently found this Hotel on our way out of Trieste when we were giving up hope. We walked in and asked for a room and were welcomed by a very friendly receptionist that could see how tired we were. She was very polite and fast in accommodating...

Its a small hotel but the rooms are so comfortable. Air conditioning is very good in all rooms. Washrooms are clean and adequate. We could see the city lights at night from our room. Breakfast was not fancy but adequate. Wish there were some egg choices.

Cheap, near the motorway (actually the parklot is under the Motorway bridge which is passing by 100 mt from the rooms), industrial zone. Breakfast was included but in line with the price of the night. room was really small, and accomodation nearly decent.

I was a bit scared by hotel surroundings, since there is a highway-bridge in-front of it and it is a real industrial zone, far away from the city (you need at least 20 minutes by car to get to the city, so it is better to pay a bit more for a hotel in the city center, then to drive...

In town for a Pearl Jam concert and needed a place to stay for two nights. Close enough to the stadium (Nereo Rocco) along a single street/route that it drew us to make reservations. Up front I'll tell you that we used it for its showers, bed, and breakfast. GREAT parking, no cost, open 24 hours. That's rare enough in...

We chose this hotel because we were arriving with our car at the start of a month long trip and wanted somewhere with private parking close to the border with Slovenia. Very few hotels in the city centre offered private parking or 24 hour check in - important as our ferry arrived at 1.30am. The location of the hotel was...
