Read my review from 2013. Came here r years ago and room looks like it has been done up. Its no longer door key but key card. Fridge wadnt empty but had only 3 beers and one other snack. No free bottled water. Still no coffee or english tea. Just roast and green tea. This room seems bigger with 2...

I've stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and in summary the place is good, friendly staff and clean and comfortable room. The TV choices are bad unless you want to pay extra. I exercise on daily basis and this hotel doesn't have a fitness area. You have the choice to go to a nearby gym but opens at 9...

Walking distance to the rail station (JR Tachikawa), very convenient to go to town (Shinjuku, Tokyo) or other parts of Japan. Airport limousine bus stops at this hotel. The room is clean, of modest size for Japan standard. Although it is a non-smoking room, the corridor is smoky and cigarette-smell. Not sure if the hotel has non-smoking floor. Hotels staff...

Good location and yet away from the hustle and bustle. Connected to several major department stores and to the train and monorail stations via a pedestrian bridge. Short walk to the Showa Park that used to be a US Air Force base. 10-15 minute walk or 2 stops ride on the monorail to the Lalaport shopping center. Clean spacious room,...

This is a spacious, comfortable hotel conveniently located on a pedestrian road and near the train station. Super efficient in every respect and very attentive staff. It has excellent Japanese and Chinese restaurants and a pleasant coffee shop in the lobby, where you can enjoy a quick, multicultural buffet breakfast, as well a meals less fancy than the upstairs restaurants....

This is the fifth hotel (out of nine) we stayed in during our three week vacation to Japan and the Tokyo area. This is a very nice hotel with spacious rooms, in a good central location and a short walk to the train station. The lobby is large with a helpful and friendly front desk staff. There are a number...

Very friendly staff. The rooms were clean, but dated. No gym at the hotel, which is surprising as the hotel was rather pricey. The breakfast was very expensive and not very good. I would rather go to Jonathan's across the street for better and less expensive breakfast.

Nice convenient hotel with quiet environment and close to restaurants, shops and train station. Limousine bus to narita and haneda. Rooms are oké with wifi etc. Very friendly. Reasonable pricing. 45 minutes from down town tokyo by train.

Quite a good hotel to live in. Recommended by professors from Hitotsubashi. It comes with a large room that is rare to see in Tokyo for hotels with similar price. The breakfast they offer seems to meet Japanese customers well but might not be that good for western guests as their choice on cakes and salad is too limited.

Excellent service from the staff. Rooms are kind of small but enough for a "normal" traveler like me. I really enjoyed the buffet breakfast with so many options to choose from. English speaking front desk employees.
