After traveling all over October through Italy we found our stint here as the best and most hopeful with service.
Family run and very helpful finding where my auntie and cousins were.
Truly outstanding and we could not thank them enough.

My boyfriend and I came here to celebrate my 30th and the hotel did not disappoint. I requested a harbour view (so amazing) and the hotel delivered.

The place is clean, modern and the staff are incredibly helpful and kind and went out of their way to make our week enjoyable.

Cabo Verde is a lovely little hotel not far from a large Ramada. Prices in mid-September were 70 Euro for a single room- with two beds, view of the sea, and a large breakfast buffet. This hotel is not far from the Rafina port. Because the tragic and destructive fire raced thro

This hotel is located in the middle of Mati on the coast overlooking the marina. The entire area is destroyed by the fires and this includes road lighting. That said there was a heavy police and army presence in the area and it felt very safe. Free parking is available in the str

I've read that the town of Mati was destroyed in the recent fire on Monday. What is the status of this hotel and of the surrounding area? Is it safe? Are the surrounding restaurants / stores destroyed? An update would be appreciated
The lovely hotel is safe. The 2 mini supermarkets survived. The roads have been cleared, but so much has been burnt to the ground, reports say 98% of Mati was destroyed. If you were planning on holidaying here this summer, it’s your choice. Its safe, but very sad. The local economy depends on tourism and holiday makers, but it’s understandable if you decide to postpone for this year. The hotel is so good, the sea views wonderful, the staff fantastic. Hope this helps.

What time does breakfast begin and end?
Will early morning check in be OK? We are arriving to Athens quite early.
This hotel is an excellent choice for when you are leaving Athens to get something "close" (there IS nothing 'close') to the airport, but the taxi drivers know the fastest ways there. If you are planning to go INTO Athens, this hotel is quite the distance. Consider living in a city vs going to the beach for the weekend...this place is 'the beach'. I second the others who say that the front desk is very helpful and they speak English - to call them about your plans.

How much would you charge for Taxi Transfers from Athens Airport to the hotel? Is there any Public Transport like Bus or Metro available to reach to the Hotel?
It cost us 35 euros for a taxi on June 17th from the Hotel to the Air port. There is a bus from the Ferry at Rafina to the Air Port, but you have to take a taxi to get to Rafina from the hotel.

Hello, how far are you from the port to transfer to Ios? Many thanks
Dear 43aνdros, ships to Ios depart only from the port of Piraeus, which is approximately 40 to 45 minutes away. Regards, Cabo Verde Hotel
