Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Originally booked for 2 nights and ended up staying 5. The amenities are slightly dated but were always clean with plenty of hot water. A small creek meanders through the park and the sites are grassy and well maintained. The park managers were absolutely amazing and very accommodating. They loaned us their personal fire pit for our stay given how cold the evenings were. We found plenty to do during our stay including the Tumbarumba to Rosewood Rail Trail and Paddy’s Falls. The Information Centre has some great local jams and honey along with a fantastic display on the towns history. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

We had to recently book into the caravan park when in Tumbarumba on a very busy weekend. All motels were booked out.
The accomodation was clean and adequate, although the rooms were tiny. We were with 2 other couples for a biking weekend.
The location close to town was great, and the communal cooking area really well set up with plenty of facilities.
We are not regular caravan park users but this experience could change our mind.
I believe it is just called the Tumbarumba Caravan Park now!

This caravan park is now called Tumbarumba Caravan Park (not Tumbarumba Creek Caravan Park). The old managers have taken the phone number and from their message you could assume the caravan park is no longer. They refer you to other accommodation that they own. The Council has upgraded the park substantially - but still a work on progress. It is a lovely spot though, and the proximity to town a great asset.

It is located in a picturesque setting and offers grassy sites and a location walking distance into town.

Amenities were adequate but, at the time, in need of some better cleanliness. general ground maintenance was also in dire need.

If these matters were addressed would be a great little park.

Loved my stay at the park. Very pretty sites along the creek. Very quiet at night, and also peaceful during the day.
The lovely lady at reception went above and beyond to make our stay fantastic. Would return!
I recommend hiring an e-bike and doing the rail trail whilst here. Such a lovely day out.

After a somewhat rude check in by the male owner who seems to not know what his doing the cabin had a step that you could break your neck on, it smelt like curry, the kettle was black on the inside, the bathroom had hair on the floor and drains, the bathroom basin had a container under the sink that over flowed into the floor and that's only some of my complaints. For the money you pay, I was expecting a lot more. Never will I stay there again.

We have stayed there a couple of times, on the Tumbarumba creek, once we camped the amenities are great, camp kitchen, very well located in the town. last time it was a cabin, clean, well equipped, no problems, the communication and checkin effortless.
Just love the the Tumba creek.

We stayed in a Selwyn Cabin. It was very clean and warm with air conditioning. The cabin also had a microwave, flat screen TV and a clean bathroom. The cabins are reasonably close to town and the location is very pretty and pleasant. We only stayed one night and we would stay again.

Booking was very easy via the website, and we also received all the documentation necessary for our check-in before leaving home.

We had a powered site, no. 17, at the far end of the camp which was quiet under the shade of a tree and quite a large area. The site is well-maintained although the amenities blocks are old and rather tired with a musty smell developing over our five-night stay. They were always clean and plenty of hot water (with slightly temperamental tap mixing) in the showers.

There is a fast-flowing creek running down the side where it is lovey to watch the ducks floating by and, on our visit, it seemed to have around 50% occupancy and was very peaceful.

We were part of a group of fourteen with eight sharing three cabins which were perfectly adequate for their stay; although there were a random number of glasses, cutlery and other supplies between them. One couple stayed in a Lodge room and declared it very comfortable and with the bonus of an en-suite and the final couple were also in their caravan. The various accommodation options certainly catered well for our group.

We would certainly return here and recommend it for either one, or a number of, visitors.
