We had a wonderful 2 night stay in the Flinders Penthouse. The views are simply spectacular! The massive balcony is completely private. The kitchen, dining and living room are well equipped and very comfortable. The whole apartment was spotlessly clean and self checkin was very easy. We were glad to arrive in daylight though as the one way nature of the road is not immediately clear. On a minor point, a milk frother would be a welcome addition to this amazing property. 5 stars from both of us, and we will definitely return.

Hubby and I have had our fair share of amazing, unique, memorable stays around the world (from the Sweden's Ice Hotel to Cappadocia's cave lodges to the water villas in Maldives to chateaus in France) - the list goes on but while all of them are memorable, they always felt like a one-night only experience, a feeling of not being "real", if that makes sense. But I will hands-down say that our 4-night stay at Arthur's Views has left an indelible mark on our hearts. And the reason is not just the gorgeous view from our large balcony but because the suite really felt like a home. The size, the layout, the decor, everything felt very real and comfortable, as if we were living there, not just guests. We daydreamed that this was our home during our time there! We stayed at the Flinders Penthouse (in our opinion, the best as it is the topmost suite and the views we think are the best from here) and everything was perfect. This is truly a well-thought-out couples retreat, the welcome chocolates, the super plush robe (much needed even thought it was Feb and summer!), the cosy fireplace, the large living room featuring a sofa that reclines at the touch of a button, and the modern well-kitted kitchen (lovely to see not just the usual complimentary tea and coffees, but hot chocolate sachets and, milk in the fridge too). When we walked in, we were blown away by the panoramic view of the bay, so much so that we decided to cancel all our dinner reservations in favour of simple charcuterie / cheese and other takeaways dinners (Red Gum BBQ was one such takeaway, and we got our groceries from Ritchies IGA nearby in Dromana). Plus we were wine-tripping, so it was great to enjoy the spoils while gazing at the views. We never tired of it, from morning till night! We kept our eyes out for the kangaroos who'd visit at dusk to graze on the gardens. This is also a great place to be "stuck" in on rainy days - it rained almost the whole day one day, we binged on Netflix and read and drank our wine :) The bathroom is well-sized, Flinders Penthouse doesn't have a bathtub / spa but we didn't care about that, prioritising what we believed was the best view and location among the 5 suite options they have. Being located at the highest point in the peninsula, it was really spectacular and... cold! In fact, we evidenced hail on one of the cosy nights! Good thing for the robes and the fireplace! A note on the drive: The drive uphill to Arthur's Views is a little windy, and we were so lucky to have spotted an echidna near the road. As you reach closer, it becomes a narrow, dirt road so drive carefully, and at night, there are no lights outside (this is really in nature) so it is pitch dark. Something to consider when making bookings for dinner out, we would not be comfortable driving and parking into the allocated spaces outside the retreats, but that's just us. Plus it was all the more excuse to stay in and enjoy the gorgeous space as mentioned earlier! Without a doubt, a place we would return to should we visit the "Ninch" again!

We stayed in the Eyrie suite, and have to say that the view was incredible, and the apartment was very well appointed! Only a short drive to Dromana to check out the lovely beach huts and enjoy some local restaurants. We stayed 2 nights, wish it could have been longer : )

My wife and I have stayed at many B & Bs all through Victoria and beyond and this is up there as one of our best. I don't usually bother to write a review but this place is worth the time. We stayed at the Chapman Suite and I can only vouch for this particular suite but I'm sure they are all at this standard. The room was spacious, the bed was huge and comfortable, the double spa amazing, the double cinema recliner was cosy, the finishing to the design was flawless and the views were hard to look away from. We were lucky with the weather. Try to pick a day with light wind from the south or south-west. We didn't realise that you can order a normal breakfast smaller than the hamper. That was our only mistake as we waited for checkout to visit a cafe for brunch as we couldn't leave the view. 5 star in my opinion. We'll be back.

We were booked for 3 nights at Arthur’s Views in May but unfortunately only managed to stay for 1 night due to a Greater Melbourne COVID outbreak. The owners were more than understanding and had a generous COVID cancellation policy which was very much appreciated. The accomodation was top class , the view outstanding with lovely extras and facilities. Highly recommended. We will definitely rebook and return.

We went here for a much needed holiday after lockdown lifted. The view is phenomenal, really made us feel like we were in a great new location despite being so close to Melbourne. We spent a sunny afternoon on the balcony in the sun, and a rainy night in the huge spa and in front of the warm fire. Will absolutely be coming back! We also got one of the breakfasts, and it was also top notch.

We had booked a stay at Arthur’s Views for a very much needed weekend away in July but due to the COVID-19 lockdown being experienced once again, we sadly had to cancel. We had no idea if we would be refunded our money or at the very least be offered a credit. Greg and Helen are amazing. I didn’t have to say a thing when I spoke to Helen on the phone. She knew why I was calling and showed kindness and compassion and quickly offered to refund the money knowing how difficult the situation is for all of us in Melbourne. My husband and I have told many of our family and friends about this wonderful place and the even more wonderful couple who own it. And we will definitely be rebooking a stay at Arthur’s Views once restrictions have been eased as will some of our friends. Thank you Greg and Helen for being amazing! Guy and Anne

We had a fantastic 2 night stay in the Bowen Suite. It is at the bottom of the building, down some steep steps, but still has an amazing view. The room is very comfortable, with plentiful breakfast supplies. The suite has a large tub, not spa, also with a view over the bay. Would highly recommend it.

We had our first out of Iso stay and wanted to go somewhere quiet and secluded. Arthurs Views accommodation was perfect. The Eyrie apartment has spectacular daytime views over Dromana and surrounds and the night view was absolutely breathtaking. We had everything we needed in the apartment, no need to venture out. We enjoyed some wine, watched some Netflix and took in the view. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thanks Helen and Greg.

This B & B is exactly as advertised. First rate. It delivered at all levels. It is a luxury stay. You don’t see the owners but the flow of texts and offers of assistance are great. The view is world class. It was quiet and relaxing.
