Waking up hearing the river and seeing nature is motivating
Breakfast with everything imaginable (cakes, honey, etc...)
Pablo guides you to go on routes or give you advice on what to see there.
The room was very clean and comfortable, not a single but could be said about it.
Highly, highly recommended. We will return without hesitation

The staff is very friendly and attentive to any questions.
Very clean place, and perfect breakfast.
To repeat!!!

The accommodation is clean & cosy with ensuite. The stream running through the back of the property is a highlight & a godsend for bathing sore legs from the mountain hikes or bike climbs. There is even a spa.
I recommend taking the breakfast & dinner option, especially home cooked 3 course dinner (Russian salad, braised slow cooked baby veal & homemade cheesecake) is a must after regional site seeing or long walks.
The views from the property and around the property are a delighted & one will feel refreshed & rejuvenated even after a short stay in this environment with Pablo & family

People was not wrong. The hotel is in a beautiful area to explore the famous caves and hiking.
We arrived there by car after the indications gaven by one of the owners. Our room was very nice overlooking the small river. Both the bathroom and bedroom were very clean. The facilities given in the bathroom are soap, shampoo and shower gel.
That evening we had dinner there and we payed 12 euro per person for a zucchini soup (the whole soup tureen) and roast chicken with potatoes. We got custards for the dessert, as well as bread, water and a glass of wine. A very honest cost for the quantity and quality given.
The only thing that we did not like about this place is that has not blinds or typical country home shutters for the windows so we got up really early because of the light.
The hotel has an area to read books, a small bar, a dining room and a spa area with jacuzzi and sauna which in my opinion is quite expensive (11 euro per person). In many hotels this is free or they ask for a lower amount.
Breakfast (at 4.50 euro per person) included a fresh orange juice, muffins, toasts, coffee, almond cookies, butter and jam. All was rich and plentiful.
We would like to stay more but we alredy had a booking in a Gijon hotel (you can see my review of AC by Marriot Hotel Gijon). But suming up, owners should place blinds. If some guests want to get up with the natural light they just could left the blinds open but in Spain we like to sleep in a completely darkness. This is the reason I rate this place with 3 points instead of 4 or 5.
