Our group stayed here in March for one night as part of a road trip across South Africa. This guest house is located in a perfect location to explore the southern tip of Africa. The hosts were extremely friendly and accommodating, and breakfast was served promptly and to order. The rooms were perfect for what we needed - somewhere to...

The guest house is within walking distance to the southernmost point of Africa and the lighthouse - and just down the road from a restaurant and the supermarket. We got a Seaview room but there is very little sea to see. Room is comfortable with old fashioned television and channels were blurry. Bathroom is narrow with a shower and toilet....

The sea view rooms does not really mean that you can see the sea. Very basic fittings and furnishings. A bathroom which is so small that there has to be a sliding door to fit the room. Not value for money. Possibly tourists don't complain as they use foreign currency.

Mostly clean and bright. Adequate bathroom with an excuse for a shower. Opened teabags in a jar - not very hygienic. Badly stained tablecloth. Blanket looked warm but had been thrown, unfolded into cupboard so who knows its history. Breakfast for our stay of two nights had to be ordered on arrival and was very rationed, i.e.you could have bacon...

We booked two rooms and even though the guesthouse seemed otherwise empty, the rooms were on opposite corners of the house. Rooms were clean and functional, no frills. Even a (cracked) heater tile.. Water heater and tea were present. Breakfast had to be pre-ordered with very precisely defined parameters (if you want cheese and ham, you cannot get bacon...) No...

I made a mistake with the month when I booked, so they did not expect us, as we were a month to early according to the booking, but nether the less, they had a room for us. Very small room and bathroom, with a sliding door. We could not use the fan as it made a terrible noise. I think...

Our room was comfortable and very clean with tea/coffee making facilities. We discovered that the TV is fixed on one Channel only. There is WiFi but that works only in the Reception Area and breakfast room. We were well satisfied with our breakfast. The GH is close to shops and nice eating places. One tip, however. Do not depend on...

This nice guesthouse is located central Cape Agulhas close to restaurants and just a short walk away to the southernmost Point of Africa. The rooms are kind of budget style but great value for money. One of our rooms did have a small balcony where you could sit and see the birds in the nearby trees ams the sea, very...

Friendly staff. Room itself was very average. Bathroom was not up to standard - sliding door and the size of the bathroom not great. Only one Dstv channel works. Food quality at breakfast good, but if you are very hungry the portion sizes might be a problem.

Our stay at this guest house felt like a visit to the home of a family member. Acceptable, though not outstanding finishes. Room was okay, but bathroom minute with no room to manoeuvre. Decent breakfast served with a great smile. Very close to the sea and within a quick stroll from a number of restaurants. Also within easy walking distance...

“"Sea View" rooms are generously named - there are trees and other houses between your window and the sea.”

“The rooms are very basic and small. The bathroom is tiny and if you're a slightly bigger person, the bathroom is difficult to manoeuvre given its size. The shower was terrible, the showerhead requires an immediate upgrade. The bathroom door was a sliding door which offers no privacy.”
