The hotel is approached down a long winding driveway and I arrived on a sunny afternoon to join friends sitting outside in the garden enjoying the warm spring weather. I had booked the hotel for a school reunion with a wine and dine menu. I went in to check everything was OK and they had everything in order with the...

I stayed with my boyfriend for a night to celebrate his birthday and we had a great, relaxing experience. The room was lovely, with a bath tub and separate shower in the bathroom. A 3 course dinner was included with the price we paid and it was amazing! Staff in the restaurant were great too. We enjoyed using the pool,...

Booked this hotel as we have stayed around the area several times and looked for a different place to stay. The hotel was easily reached from the motorway and in lovely grounds and was Warwick,Kenilworth and Leamington Spa all within easy reach. The room was quite small but clean and adequate ,but the pool was the best hotel we have seen!...

Our first official Spa Break and it was very pleasant experience. Hotel and its furnishings a little 'old-fashioned' for our taste, but we opted for it on a Secret Escapes package that was very good value for money. Room and bed very comfortable. Decent sized pool and gym and the Spa was very relaxing and well run (thank you Zack...

Booked a 'spa weekend' here via spaseekers (the place we originally wanted was full at the last minute). But this hotel should not class istself as a spa hotel as it cannot cater for the clientel. Rather than essay form which is hard to read, here are my points: Good things: Secluded and quiet location in a nice village The...

Had dinner in the restaurant food was lovely and very Moorish, shame about...

rooms were fine large beds, with iron ironing board and hair dryer, some things a little dated but ok, silly about the kettle and tea making facilities, they were stored in the wardrobe on a cabinet which, did not give much room to hang cloths, this not required as we moved them to a table, close to a plug, now...

Had our wedding here April 2017. It was a great day, well organised, everything went to plan, venue was great, staff were brilliant, the food was amazing. Would definitely recommend it to anyone, they have great wedding packages and the people they use for the day, from room dressing to dj were all very friendly and very professional.

I've just stayed at Mercure Brandon Hall for 4 nights for a conference. I stayed here last summer and had a lovely room however this time was completely underwhelmed and disappointed with my room. There was a distinct smell of stale smoke and general musty odour, the room was very tired with ripped wallpaper, chipped furniture and mouldy bathroom. Also...
