Stayed here for 2 nights, it's a nice hotel set in the woods and very quiet, the rooms are a nice size with tea and coffee making facilities, no AC but a decent sized window that can be opened . Beds are comfortable , floor was not carpet which wasn't so nice to walk on as it's like a hard... More

This hotel has an impressive long drive surrounded by lawns and mature trees. The building itself is rather stark by comparison. However inside is very comfortable and spacious and the host and staff were impeccable. Nice big room with balcony looking on to garden and surrounding countryside. Perfect for a walk before dinner. There is a large terrace outside the... More

Very nice hotel, friendly staff and unusually for France provided tea and coffee making facilities. Lovely indoor pool. Ate out on the terrace both nights and used the comfortable lounge bar area. This area had air con but unfortunately the room didn't - the hotel would have got 5 stars but for this. Very humid when we stayed here in... More

Situated in the middle of nowhere - an awful lot of countryside. Popular with bikers (nice bikers) and cyclists. The hotel is rated 3 star and is a member of Logis de France. Small bits of it are air-conditioned but not the bedrooms which are on the small size with functional small bathrooms. The bathrooms themselves are supplied with 2... More

Welcoming, friendly staff. Beautiful location with walks direct from the door. Comfortable, spacious room, though it could have benefited from a couple of comfy chairs rather than the one office chair provided. Good desk area useful for work (if necessary) or leisurely browsing of the computer. The food was excellent, although the table d'hote menu was very limited for more... More

Peace and quiet guaranteed! Comfortable bedrooms if basic. Small bathrooms. Well suited for overnight stops or weekend breaks. The restaurant is very good, and I recommend that you dine there, as combined with the bedroom, the hotel offers good value for money. The hotel is rather isolated, but worth the few extra kilometres. Book with confidence!

Little has changed since our last visit. The hotel is set in acres of ground just outside the village and is very quiet save for the wild life. We were welcomed by Patrice who speaks excellent English. The Wifi is miles better than it used to be and is free and the rooms are spacious, clean and well served. The... More

Then this is the place for you. Clean, quiet and quite good food. Set in the middle of a copse of Tulip trees (aka Le Tulipier) it is quite peaceful. The staff is most friendly and accommodating. Secluded but safe and secure. If you lic nature walks then this is the place for you. Enjoy.

Recently stayed at the Le Tulipier hotel on a group tour. While the hotel itself was mediocre (could use some updating), the restaurant went beyond my expectations , and was amazing! The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating towards the needs of it's guests. Overall, not a bad visit and would highly recommend visiting the restaurant!

With our group we were abotu the only customers the night we were there. The food was simply magnificent, the rooms perfect and the staff very friendly. Literally the only downside was the bad WiFi but otherwise nothing but praise.
