We had the most amazing experience at Nambiti Hills Lodge. The lodge itself is pure luxury and exquisitely designed, and the service from the lodge staff is unrivaled. Our experience on the safari itself was very personal, with 6 persons max in the vehicle at a time. Kel, our ranger, is the highly educated and experienced. We couldn't have asked... More

Very pleasant stay...accommodation and food superb. Welcome and care outstanding. Complaint....My wine was 'forgotten' on eve game drive...bit disappointing. Had very loud bossy female guest on first eve game drive...feel guests should respect other guests peace and quiet and leave it to the ranger to chat when neccessary. Great place to relax but not a real 'Safari' because the reserve... More

The stay was just exceptional from start to finish and having stayed in a number of safari lodges across South Africa I can honestly say this is without a doubt the best. The atmosphere of the lodge was relaxed and the service from the staff including management was sensational and I could not find fault with anything. The menu was... More

Fantastic weekend getaway! Excellent service from very helpful (and always happy) staff from start to finish! First time that we have seen the Big 5! Well done Kel - Leopard sighting was awesome! Superb food and very comfortable room. Highly recommended SPA. Well done Team Nambiti!

Overall was great. Kel, our ranger, was excellent. Staff were very friendly. Food was weak at best. Selection, same selection fo dinner both days we were there, and taste were weak at best for a 5 star Lodge. I have been to many Lodges and this was by far the weakest. Also, charging your guests extra for lunch seems 'cheap'.

This was our first safari trip and the setting couldn't have been better. We saw all the big 5 during our two day stay and spent about 12 hours on safari. The food and accommodation were excellent with friendly helpful staff.

Having never stayed in a luxury private game reserve previously, all our expectations were met and exceeded! We only stayed for one night but our guide, Joe, was really exceptional in helping us to spot 4 of the big 5! Joe has a knack for finding the animals before anyone else! The service goes above and beyond. The waitrons are... More

Game Drives were always a treat, with sightings up close and personal ... We got to see everything except leopard, but I still treasure and relive watching the lions for so long ... Staff are super friendly, food is tasty and superbly presented. The rooms are comfy and clean, be sure to take a bath!

Our 6-night stay at Nambiti Hills was the vacation of a lifetime. The hardest part was getting there; if you're flying in via Johannesburg, you have to arrange separate transportation to Nambiti which takes four to five hours by car (the lodge can help you arrange this though). The next hardest part was leaving -- we were genuinely sad to... More

I have been very fortunate to have experienced a number of memorable "bush" visits to various parks across the country. However, one of the top items on my "bucket list" was to experience a "5 star" bush holiday. Oh my gosh, was it worth the wait!?! Nambiti Hills ticked all the boxes for me. The lodge staff were phenomenal and... More
