This hotel looks very nice in photos but at a closer view it is a nightmare. Our room was full of hair. In the bathroom, on the pillow, in the sink... short dark hair. The walls are dirty, the floor is dirty and there is a smoky smell in the room and on the corridor. There was a plastic bag... More

Stayed here in early July 2016 as our "Venice" hotel while on tour with my Girl Scout troop. It is definitely not a Venice Hotel as we still had 30 minute bus ride to the water taxi's for Venice. The hotel was modern and clean, rooms and bathrooms were spacious. Did not find the staff overly friendly but efficient. Had... More

Our 2 night stay in the hotel is truly disappointing. Trafalgar used this hotel in Venice. We stayed in the ground floor. The room needs major upgrade as the walls are all dirty and the floor carpet is fully dilapidated. We requested front desk to at least clean the wall but no one even came until we left, the wall... Friendly English speaking staff, but the hotel is further away from Venice than we expected. Bus ran every 30 minutes to Piazza Roma (main bus station in Venice) and the ride took approximately 45 minutes each way.

This hotel is conveniently situated outside Venice- good for tour bus passengers or people with their own cars. Rooms are modern, comfortable and Wi-Fi good. Also walking distance away from a large supermarket. Food & service was good. Unfortunately very limited 'outside' space. We noticed some restaurants nearby but didn't frequent them as we had a huge lunch on Burano... More

The hotel is central in Fiesso d'Artico, s very good location and easy to find. There is parking just in front. The rooms are modern and clean, good standard with a spacious bathroom. There is free WI FI with very good signal. But the highlight of this hotel is breakfast - there is a lot of choice, and a lot... More

I stayed here in March with a large group of students for two nights. I suppose one issue was that we had just come from a very charming BnB in Switzerland so this was a bit of a letdown. The rooms were clean and fairly spacious, and the staff was good. The food was only so-so (although one of our... More

Dear EdmontonT thank you for taking time to review your stay with us. We are sorry to hear about your disappointing experience, we were not aware of the broken slats until you reported it to us. Unfortunately it was late at night and the hotel was fully booked, we were unable to repair the bed until the next morning. Please... More

Stayed here while on a martial arts conference, the rooms were adequate; breakfast normal European fare; staff were help full and friendly on the whole, for a place to just lay your head for a few nights it was fine .
