Villa Patrizia is an increadible place - it is situated in a very beautiful nature setting (and very close to cable car if one is looking for skiing or hiking) and gives a feeling of home. The rooms are cosy and clean and the food is excellent. The hotel owners really care about their guests, giving all the information about the activities and transport around. This is one of the place I will definitely come back.

Spent one night at the Villa since I was going skiing at Doganaccia and the hotel has a fantastic location close to the Funivia ride up to Doga (3km long, 800m up).
The Villa and room are very cosy and like a home away from home. The family is just super friendly and easy to talk to. If they show you 1/10 of the warmth and friendliness they showed me, you'll find yourself wanting to go back another time😀Tante Grazie...again. You know who you are at the Villa👍
Cutigliano is very charming and worth a visit. The Osteria is delightful, cosy and serves great Italian food. Be sure to eat there if in Cutigliano. However, food is best eaten at the Villa Patrizia were the family will make their utmost to please your tastebuds. So good!

We found Villa Patrizia rather by accident, arriving in Cutigliano on a late saturday night without having booked a hotel in advance. We were immediately charmed by the hotel! The hosts were friendly and very helpful. The bedroom was clean andcomfortable, and the breakfast was just perfect. We would definitely stay again!

Originally a villa which was extended to provide a large guest room. At breakfast, in the morning, specially prepared desserts are served. The dining room is large and welcoming and the menu is designed with particular attention to the needs of the guests. Functional bedrooms and bathrooms with WIFI connection. Excellent cleaning. To reach the town from the North, it is preferable to exit at Sasso Marconi. The road from Abetone is more difficult with many curves. Cutigliano is equipped with all useful services with essential shops for a relaxing stay. It is a hill town with some short climbs. There are also some restaurants with excellent cuisine.
