Booked this venue to celebrate my parents 60th wedding anniversary. From start to finish the staff were amazing. So polite and professional. They couldn't do enough to help us and made the occasion very special and memorable. The food was delicious. Highly recommend 😊

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW

I stayed here for two nights recently and had a lovely time. Our room was lovely with one of the most comfortable beds. We had lunch in the conservatory, served by a very friendly and efficient waiter. I had the ploughmans lunch platter, which was very tasty and washed down nicely with a couple of glasses of wine. The grounds...

Stayed in this hotel last night with my friend to celebrate her special birthday and have a nice meal. Check in was a bit confusing, we were sent to wrong room but managed to sort it out. Room was very comfortable, beds were exceptional, only thing I didn't like about room was it was very dark, perhaps this is because...

Easter weekend stay at this hotel which is conveniently located for travelers who drive. For public transport the hotel is on good bus routes for the city and coast but Dublin taxis are expensive. We were greeted and treated in a friendly manner by staff throughout . I often find the Radisson style a little cold - better for business...

we stayed here as we were attending a show in RTE Studios. the Hotel was cheaper than most city centre ones and this was the main reason we picked it, although after seeing the hotel I would definitely go back again.

This is a very nice hotel in many ways. But access to the internet from my room is appalling. When I asked if there was anything that could be done, the very polite and friendly receptionist suggested I leave my room and go to a different spot in the hotel. When I pointed out that this is not the standard...

I got a last minute deal for a one night stay in this Radisson hotel. It is a nice hotel set in lovely grounds. The staff, from front of house to the bar area, were very friendly. The room was big, and the bed was huge and very comfortable. I'm not an overly fussy person , and quite happy to...

Redtalk, Thank you so much for such an honest and constructive review. I am very happy to see that you look forward to returning to St. Helen's when our refurbishment is complete. As a listed historical building, refurbishment is a constant process and we cannot wait to see our hotel wing complete. Despite this, your very kind words about our...

We stayed in the Presidential Suite for 3 nights. Suite was lovely, very spacious. My only criticism is that all the furniture is very low - not good for a husband with a bad back! However, if you have no mobility problems then this is not an issue. The suite could do with a doorbell as you cannot hear anyone...
