I was at Villa Gaia with 7 other friends. Yuri Novitsky the owner of Villa Gaia was the perfect host and Yuri personally cooked all our gourmet meals. Yuri's cooking was simply out of this world. Each meal was a gastronomic experience, and before each meal, Yuri will explain in great detail what were the exotic ingredients he used, with...

I was part of a photography tour earlier this month with Daniel Kordan and stayed at Villa Gaia. The location is perfect for easy access to many scenic Tuscan locations, but what I would really like to highlight is the culinary experience we had while staying at the Villa as this completed the whole Italian experience. The chef at Villa...

Breakfast and dinner were provided throughout the week at the Villa and the food and service were incredible. Everyone was so kind and warm. It really made my...

Our experience at Villa Gaia was truly the extraordinary highlight of a great vacation throughout much of Italy. Fabrizio, along with his brother Francesco and mother Anna, provided a true Tuscan experience that included wonderful accommodations at their villa, daily trips to Etruscan villages and other wonderful Tuscany towns where we were enjoyed many marvelous lunches. Fabrizio has a vast...

I was here in August where I attended a wedding and was very delighted when I saw this beautiful place. We were surrounded by such a beautiful typically Italian/Tuscan landscape. A beautiful place in one of Italy's most beautiful regions. The staff here was incredibly nice and helpful and they made sure that it was the perfect location for an...
