The island of Skye is well known to tourists and we were lucky to find Langal, a nice B&B for a modest price. You can eat your full Scottish breakfast (with bacon, eggs, Black Pudding from Stornoway, mushrooms, tomatoes, beans, toast, jam, butter, tea/coffee, orange juice, and an optional porridge) in a dining room with a great view of loch...

My fiance and I had the pleasure of spending three nights with Norma and Murray while we were touring The Isle of Skye. Much like the Isle of Skye itself, there aren't enough positive words to describe our experience during our stay. Upon arrival we knew we had made the right choice. Norma welcomed us into their home and showed...

This is very much a suburban home and you feel like you are staying in the son's small bedroom. Whilst there is a room for breakfast it adjoins the family kitchen and is not accessible except at breakfast time. There are no other communal areas. Having said that the hosts could not have been more pleasant, great love has gone...

This review is long overdue as it's been two months since I traveled to Scotland. I didn't actually stay here. My rental car broke down (on my way to Edinburgh via Isle of Skye) and I was completely stranded without accommodation with the sun soon to set. I found it impossible to find any room available as it was a...

Murray gave my husband a shirt and fleece, so kind and generous!! Our room was perfectly appointed with an ensuite and a teakettle with coffee and teas. Shower...

what a wonderful stay we had with our hosts Murray and Norma they had a great knowledge of Skye and were willing to share it with us and point us to all the best places of interest. The views were to die for from their B&B. All rooms are on one level making it perfect for the elderly and disabled

We stayed at Langal B&B in June 2015. Norma was very welcoming and helpful. She is very knowledgeable of the area. At breakfast she brought out a map and highlighted some of the places we might want to visit. The house was very clean and quiet. Breakfast was great! We enjoyed our stay at Langal!
