We stayed there in the cheaper and older bamboo-bungalows. The room itself was ok for the price we paid. But dont expect some comfort. No warm water (wasnt a problem). But at night there were mouses in the room. We woke up by their noises.they left "their brown signs" on all our belongings. Also there were cockroachs in the bathroom....

We stayed at this 'Villa' at the end of an 18 day tour of Thailand, much to our dismay! After a fairly consistent level of accommodation, the Koh Ngai Villa was a very unpleasant shock. After getting off the ferry to the island, we had to take a long tail boat to the villa, get off several meters off shore...

I am truelly sorry that we stayed here for two nights and used the restaurant. I feed like i wasn't welcome. If you do not like to serve your customers the maybe just put we are closed on the door. The lack of motivation is visible in every aspect of this place and the whole island. The bungaloves are overpriced...

Koh Ngai Villa is your first encounter when arriving on the island. It sits dead centre of the long stretch of beach. Therefore good location. We had a family room in what I would call barracks in the back of the hotel grounds. This was a very basic room with 2 queen sized beds, a no-flush toilet, a leaking sink...

Stayed here 2 nights in early August 2013. Had one bamboo bungalow/fan for 2 and one concrete bungalow/fan for 3. The extra bed in the bungalow was a thin mattress pad thrown on the floor, we had to hang our own mosquito net for the extra bed. Bathroom not screened, and bathroom door didn't close, so needed the net. Beds...

We stayed here and the rooms were okay - the bungalows that sleep two were compact. The very bad thing about this place was that the power turned off around 7am in the morning til 6pm at night which is very annoying when you are trying to charge your electronics. Or when the fan shuts off and you have to...

I was here in January 2013. Thank The Lord it was only for one night When we arrived we were greated by some rude worker telling us to lift out our bags off the long tail boat and be fast because of the Tides. This was crap is the weather and tide was fine. Apon walking in to check in...

We didn't stay in the hotel itself but used the bar and the restaurant. The restaurant has possibly the cheapest prices in the island but offers the same great food quality nonetheless. Typical main dish is about 120 bahts. Bar has fire show at about 9-9.30 every night and is maybe the most popular bar on the island ( having...

First of all - do not book the cheapest bungalows. There is only a fan, holes under beds and in walls and cockroaches or other insects can be inside the "building" After 1 night I've changed bungalow to the more expensive one (+500 THB extra) with air con. No holes, quite nice room and rest of stay was excellent. Quiet...

The reception is in a shed, not a good start. We were then shown to our bungalow. It was dark dank, airless and shabby. The Electricity only works from 5 pm till 5am so it was also hot! I found alternative accommodation at the Fantasy resort for only 600 baht extra. I happily paid the first night fee to not...
