The hotel is a beautiful structure far from the typical destinations. You can reach it through the easy gravel road 590 that takes you to an amazing peninsula at the beginning of the N-O fiords. The hotel is really nice, confortable and with a cozy atmosphere. There is a restaurant that serves tasty and refined dishes and desserts. The area...

I travelled her with my two daughters and we had a very nice stay. The restaurant though was rather expensive for our taste. The beds were good, the bathroom nice and everything was clean and cosy. Can recommend.

Wondeful hotel in marvellous surroundings. Good food and nice rooms. But the staff were not interested in helping us guests at all. At breakfast the coofe ran out, and the bread... The staff sat in a corner playing with their smart phones. They refilled their coffe in the kitchen.... After about half an hour they refilled for us.

Seven members of our family stayed here, including my 90 year old mother. We were accommodated in every way in this stunningly gorgeous lodge. It is all new inside, rooms have just what you need, cozy and warm with radiant floors throughout, despite arriving in a snowstorm! It is out of the way, for sure, but this is where you...

This is probably the most remote and beautiful place that I've been! The road to get there is around 36 km of bumps in a very tight road but next to the sea what makes it worth it. The lodge is clean and the rooms are very big and comfortable. The staff is helpful and nice. On the other hand...

This lodge is 35km up a gravel road to nowhere. It took 45 min each way as the road was in poor condition and being repaired. We had a room in the main building with fabulous views down the bay. The room was spacious and comfortable. You have to eat in the hotel as there is nowhere else so they...

We recently spent 2 nights at Vogur on our tour of Iceland. The views from the lodge are amazing. The staff are very friendly and professional. The food is delicious. We look forward to returning some day.

Very nice hotel/lodge in a remote location but with stunning views. We had two rooms (one double one twin) in a sort of annexe onto the main hotel building. Both were nicely done internally and we were on the end of the block so had good views and a nice veranda right outside our window - it is a communal...

Had arrived around 10pm, having tried to call through all evening to notify the location that we would be arriving later. On check in we were not told that there was no water at the property, and only found out when overhearing others. Management seemed quite rude to other guests about the water situation saying "this is just natural...". For...
