This is a top notch hotel/bar. Despite not having a lunch booking, a table for our party of ten was immediately found. We were made feel so welcome. And I can only describe the food as delicious. Most of us ordered the beef and it was melt in the mouth tender, with gorgeous mash, roasties and veg. It also came...

This is just about the restaurant. We didn't stay overnight. Okay, I know it's Christmas-time but for a restaurant in a small town, I think that the prices greatly over value what's on offer. Fifteen euro for a quite ordinary vegetarian penne pasta and nearly six euro for a glass of house wine. Had I not been there with a...

We have stayed here many times when visiting friends locally and have never been disappointed. The staff are very friendly and attentive through out the hotel, the rooms are clean and have been more modernised over the last few years. Everything in the room is as it should be with tea making facilities on offer, TV and a hairdryer plus...

I cannot fault my stay at The Seven Horseshoes. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, very nicely decorated and had every convenience. I requested a late checkout, and they could not have been more accommodating. The breakfast was excellent. The food being served in the restaurant and bar looked lovely. I will definitely eat there...

Wonderful to return to celebrate another family reunion in this well organized and friendly place. Food is always very good - the personnel so professional yet friendly. And, the Guinness is just what Mr G. Would be proud of.

One of the best gastropubs in the country is located in Belturbet , County Cavan . The food is really amazing with an excellent menu choice to suit all tastes and budgets. In Summertime there are always plenty of locals and tourists about to greet you when you come in . A huge open fire heats up the whole place...

Excellent stay here recently. One night only but really enjoyed the ambiance food and accommodation. Was never in the town before but was surprised at the quality of hotel. The food especially was stunning(I had the steak) and the person service was excellent. Would definitely stay again.
