We had a wonderful stay! The location is ideal for exploring the area without a car. The hotel is in a very quiet location right next to the spa park. Through the park you can reach both the thermal baths and the old town with many shops, restaurants and sights in just a few minutes. You can reach the beautiful Mur meadows with their untouched landscape by bike. The rooms are bright and friendly and have a balcony. It's also worth mentioning that you have internet access via the television and you can watch films on demand via the integrated Samsung TV. A 4-hour entry to the thermal baths is also included. Bathrobes and bath towels can be found in the practical bag in the rooms. Breakfast and dinner consist largely of regional products and taste very good. In summer it is wonderful to sit on the terrace with a view of the park and the old town. A very relaxing weekend trip for us as a couple. We were very satisfied and would love to come back!

We were already on the 2. Time at the JUFA Hotel Bad Radkersburg and it will certainly not have been our last visit.

The location of the hotel is great, you are within walking distance of the thermal baths or the old town. One 4-hour thermal entrance is included per night.

We had booked half board and were not disappointed. Breakfast and dinner are varied and tasty.
Breakfast can run out of some food when busy, but the staff is very quick to ensure refills.
Since there are always many young children present, having your own children's dish would be a great thing. Doesn't have to be anything great. Pasta with tomato sauce always works.

We had booked a suite and felt very comfortable in this room. We just need a little more space and our little sparrow could happily crawl through the room.
The air conditioning is certainly a necessity in Bad Radkersburg and also we were glad that the room could be cooled.

The generous children's playroom is also an added value for families.
Staff are very friendly and attentive.
We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back.

Great hotel! The staff is extremely friendly, the breakfast really gorgeous and the rooms super nice, clean and very well equipped!
We were already the second time there - and will definitely come back.

Breakfast and all meals in the Wandelhalle can be enjoyed on the terrace with park and city views in fine weather. The bike room is very large and equipped with everything necessary to be able to fix even technical infirmities!

The hotel complex is fantastically landscaped, plenty of green areas to play with children. Here, even the children are not in danger of running into the street.

The location is absolutely quiet, yet you are in 5 minutes walk in the city center!

Clear Recommendation - I am a huge fan of the hotel!:-)

We spent 3 days with our two children (6, 8 years) at the JUFA Bad Radkersburg and were delighted!

The hotel - we arrived by train, car followed - has a great location: Close to the Parktherme, close to the old town, 3 supermarkets in the immediate vicinity; nevertheless, a view of the old town and the countryside from the restaurant terrace!
Culinary it was surprising and outstanding! The buffets offered something for everyone and for children there are not only fries to eat! Regionality meets creativity. No oversized buffets, but something for everyone.
The restaurant "Wandelhalle" can also be eaten à la carte.

The very best, however, was: Two ladies offered childcare. Our children were there immediately and so there was also rest time for the parents! The two teenage and mama-aged ladies made plug bread and dynamically adapted the program to the children and their length of stay. Great! Thank you so much!
The children's program (in the morning and in the evening) is the reason why we have already bought JUFA Bad Radkersburg vouchers!

Outside the children's program, our children liked the indoor playground; the one in the outdoor area we saw, but not used because of the spa visits.

Staff very nice and competent. Everything very thoughtful (eg: Rental toys,...) and very well maintained. What was also pleasant: not only families with children, but also younger and older couples, respectively. Adult groups.

Accessibility is mE fully given.

Thank you for the lovely time in this house!

Clemens | Graz

Great new hotel in lovely area where you really feel comfortable. The thermal baths can be reached in 5 minutes on foot, admission for 4 hours per night is included. The rooms are beautiful and very clean, with balcony and seating. nothing was missing in the interior, the bathroom is spacious and barrier-free. No noise from neighboring rooms or street. The breakfast is excellent with regional products, the food in the Wandelhalle can only be recommended. There are also very good pastries and desserts, the staff is extremely nice and competent. Parking is in front of the hotel. The hotel is very well run, you can feel that. The price-performance ratio is top! We would definitely come back.

The rooms are tastefully decorated, there is a small icebox and a state-of-the-art kettle. You can also adjust the temperature for the heating yourself. The beds are very cozy and good sleep is guaranteed. The room had a spacious balcony with lighting. I particularly like that Bad Radkersburg is a historic small town (1,000 inhabitants) and there is nature everywhere. You are in a few minutes walk in the meadows (suitable for extended walks), as well as there is a beautiful thermal bath with healing water (34 degrees), which develops healing powers especially for the bones and nerves. We had a great offer where we could stay one night for free and use the spa for free. The spa is partially open until 11 pm! Relaxation guaranteed, hectic is a foreign word there!
Jufa also had excellent cuisine, rated 4.9 out of 5. Both the breakfast was richest (including freshly baked pancakes, trout, hay spreads, homemade jams and and and mmmmh!) and the attached restaurant was also spectacular. Starting from the sensational food and drinks at moderate prices, to the very friendly waiters to the appealing design of the premises. There was even live music to sing along to and dance with in one evening!!!!
You could tell that the staff cared deeply about the well-being of the guests. I am glad to have been there and I am already looking forward to the next time in Bad Radkersburg. A real insider tip on the last corner of the country. Where the guest feels welcome!

Great new hotel in the thermal region. Green location in the park with a view of the old town from the terrace. A few minutes' walk to the center and the Parkterme (a 4-hour ticket is included in the price of the overnight stay!! The wellness bag is ready in the room and you get a chip watch directly in the hotel). Great breakfast buffet with a wide selection of regional products. Wine lounge with a well-stocked wines and Styrian tapas - the scarlet runner bean soup is highly recommended! There is a large indoor play area for children. The architecture is also impressive - it complements the former spa house with a modern extension. The Wandelhalle is an atmospheric restaurant, great team!

good value for money
We were 2 adults 2 children had a huge room with breakfast and every day thermal entrance for 4 hours with it. (4 nights)
The hotel is a walk from the thermal bath (5min) also to the old town and Slovenia it was no more than 10 min.
The breakfast buffet was adequate and regional. Unfortunately I have not found any Gf pastries.maybe not seen either.... For the kids there is an indoor playground and outdoor playground not far from the thermal baths there is still a large playground for the kids. The room was clean and spacious.
The staff was very accommodating, friendly and always in a good mood even from the service chief you could get tips for excursions etc.
Thank you for the Relaxed Week on Goodbye.

A very nice new hotel located on the edge of a park. Room sufficiently large. Food very good and varied. Extensive breakfast buffet. The possibility (included in the price) of using the Parktherme is highly welcomed and recommended. Everything's fine.

Misleading and deceptive booking information on the homepage and on the booking confirmation, where a 4-hour thermal baths ticket was advertised per night and person. When we arrived, however, the reception claimed that this 4-hour ticket was only valid on the day of arrival, but this was not stated anywhere - neither on the homepage, nor on the reservation confirmation, nor on the message about pre-registration of the online registration form!
Be persistent here and don't get involved in any discussions - just demand what you paid for!
The "suite" is OK for one night for four people (2 adults and two children), but if you stay more than that, it becomes a challenge due to the cramped space. The size of the sofa bed also leaves a lot to be desired, which is torture for teenagers as a place to sleep! It is still sufficient for small children and children of primary school age, but then it is problematic.
The breakfast buffet is very extensive, although there is a bit of everything. No planning or overview by the service staff, because if a lot of the hot food and pastries are no longer available at 8am (breakfast starts at 7am) in a well-booked hotel, then the management is called upon. There is also obviously only one coffee machine, which is so poorly placed that the long queue at the coffee machine also blocks access to the hot buffet.
Nice new hotel, but there is still a lot of potential!!!
