Staff were very helpful and friendly! Service was excellent and even though it was busy didn't feel rushed. We did not stay in the hotel, we were meeting friends for dinner. Reservations would be recommended for weekend dinners.

The Inn is a delightful historic building, almost overlooking the scenic Grand River (right across the street). Entering the front hall is like stepping back in time - high ceilings, exposed beams, lots of antiques, interesting art and artifacts on the walls, etc. But behind the facade lurks unexpected surprises for the traveller. It was with some difficult that I...

Went here last year for a one night package stay. Really enjoyed the relaxed pub as well as the fine dining restaurant. Great and friendly staff and the in-house restaurant has an amazing ambiance matched with high quality food and service. Even the breakfast was exquisite !

Our overnight stay, including $75 dinner voucher was a positive experience. Manager Mark was very attentive in meeting our needs and upgraded us to a more comfortable room since my husband was recouping from leg surgery. Our server Elaina was cheerful and efficient and the food was tasty as always. Melissa, assistant manager and the junior chef arrived early to...

I'd really like to write a positive review since this inn and restaurant is in my hometown, but I just can't. The last three times we have had dinner at The Breadalbane it has gone wrong from start to finish; our most recent dining experience consisted of an embarrassed server apologizing constantly to ALL the tables in the room we...

We stayed here for our anniversary. What a lovely inn. The room we had was very cozy and comfortable. The restaurants were delicious - we had dinner and breakfast on site. We really enjoyed our stay and the staff was warm and personable. The location is very central to lots of great day trips. We really enjoyed our stay.

Upon arrival, we were friendly greeted and taken up to our room. It was a lovely decorated room complete with a fireplace and double jacuzzi. The staff were very nice when i locked myself out of the room with the next four hours. For dinner, we ventured down to the accompanying pub for a delightful meal. We could have easily...

Stayed two nights (Thurs/Fri) in Jan 2016. Stayed in the Master Suite - keep in mind this is above the dining room, so it was a bit loud and we could also hear the noise from the street. Besides that, the 4 poster bed was lovely; the hot tub was delightful and the eggs florentine for breakfast were amazing! Tried...

Hi Rodrigo, Thanks for taking the time to write a review about your stay. The Master Suite can sometimes be a louder room - next time ask for one of our rooms in the carriage house which is not in the main building as an option. Happy to hear about the great food you experienced and service you received. See...

We opted for a stay in the Carriage House to ensure quite since other rooms are above the two restaurants. This was a good decision. Our room was very quite and it's the best sleep I've had in a rented room ever. We liked the wood and tile floors, jacuzzi and gas fireplace. Wi-fi was good, no problems. Lots of...

In a nutshell: - dinner: 5 course meal; we left after 4 courses as it was 3 hours later -- it took 45 minutes per course with about 4-5 bits per course; it was a set menu with everyone in the restaurant on reservations; not sure how they could have been surprised with the numbers but it was an awful...
