We stayed at the Thalasso beach resort for three nights of our honeymoon! It was a beautiful hotel located 20 minutes from the center of Chania, and 5 minutes from the town of Agia Marina where there are restaurants, bars, beach parties, night life and shopping. The staff at the hotel was so accommodating and friendly! Georgios was great! We...

We stayed at this hotel in June 2015 and had a lovely relaxing week. Based on this we booked again for a week in September 2016 thinking we would have the same experience. How wrong were we? On arrival we were warmly greeted and the hotel staff knew this was our second visit. Waiting in our room was fresh fruit,...

Stayed here for a fortnight from late August. This hotel is outstanding. The staff were universally helpful, welcoming and efficient. Rooms are comfortable, well appointed and beds excellent. The breakfast buffet was extensive, with vegetarians and gluten free guests well catered for. There were ramps and lifts for the less mobile. It was spotlessly clean in all areas. The restaurant...

Rooms spacious good facilities. Comfortable beds. Wifi terrible always have to keep logging back in. Beach slippery rocks and gets very deep quite quickly. I personally think its over priced. Breakfast nice good variety but same everyday. Staff not very friendly, especially romana female by the pool bar. Also the blond lady i felt was quite abrupt. Spoke with others...

Yes it's not a five star hotel but the staff, hotel location, and facilities make your stay feel like a 5 stars experience. It's so calm and neat, it's the best place to relax and disconnect from the world. Looking forward to come again.

Stayed here for the last part of our honeymoon and we fell in love with Chania!! Agia Marina is filled with so many shops and restaurants and beaches you won't be bored and the same with neighboring Platanias. From the moment we arrived at Thalassa we were welcomed with open arms (literally- by the the reservations department specialist, who felt...

We are spending 4 days/3 nights at this lovely upscale resort. The staff couldn't be nicer. They are extremely accommodating and so pleasant and kind. Especially like the front dest gentleman who helped me open my bottle of wine tonight and Ramona who works at the swim up bar by the beach. Great taverna on the beach. Wall waterfall by...

We stayed in Thalassa Beach Resort for 7 Days and had an amazing stay. The hotel is located right by the sea, so you can spend all day in the pool and sea. There are free drape beds and sun loungers with bar service. There is also a separate bar and small restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The coolest...

Stayed at Thalassa Beach Resort for eight nights. Arrived very late at night and check in was dealt with swiftly and our bags were carried to our room for us, immediately the receptionist was able to advise us of a place open late to eat as room service and the restaurant were closed. The room was nice, it had a...

We stayed here for 3 nights and really enjoyed it! The main takeaways for me were how friendly everyone is - starting with the front desk staff. I loved the little touch of handing out a language guide when we checked in. I was saying kalimera like it was going out of style! I felt so Greek. ;-) The location...
