Best part of hotel: Maria Paz, the daytime office manager, who speaks English, Spanish and a little French and took care of everything to help us feel comfortable. She picked us up from the airport with flower necklaces, gave us a welcome juice and a map, showed us to our room, helped us rent a car that came to the...

We had the second floor end room, rooms are basic, non-luxurious but kept very clean. Hotel serves a basic breakfast and is located near the airport and near the beginning of the commercial street and within walking distance of downtown area. The hotel arranged for a seamless car rental for our whole stay (8 days approximately) What made this stay...

My family and I stayed here for a few days this Christmas and we loved the cabana. The wooden stairs are amazing but a bit treacherous. Bring lots of bug spray!!! Rooms are spacious and clean. Hostess, Maria, is a doll!!

I stayed at Tea Nui for 3 nights during a quick trip to Easter Island. - Friendly and helpful staff. They greeted me warmly at the airport, offered different things to do during my stay (although I had already booked tours with another company). - Comfortable rooms met all my needs after long days of exploring the island. - About...

The best thing about this lovely hotel is the friendly and helpful staff. I was greeted with a cool drink and a rundown of things to do and see. This included some great tips that meant I got the most out of my time there. It also meant I quickly joined up with other travellers. The room was clean and...

Have to agree with Danu S that cleanliness is quite an issue here. Pros : 1. Very quiet at night, except for some dogs barking away 2. Safe 3. The manager, Maria offers a quick tour of the island when she picks you up. 4. Staff are friendly and helpful Cons: 1. Away from many shops, restaurants and main amenities...

The staff is very helpful and can plan out your trip for you. We already had our tours arranged. The bathrooms were clean and had hot water. Beds were comfortable. There is no air conditioning and it can get a bit hot in the room especially since the rooms take in the afternoon sun, but it generally got cool enough...

Had a great time, although very short stay, the host was very patient and arranged all the necessary transportation and tours. The location is near the local LAN office and not far from the main street.

Stayed here about 8 days from May 9th-17th 2015. Room was cleaned daily. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great, beds were very comfortable and the location was ideal! Internet ads many have said was spotty and out much of the time, however this is typical of much of the island. I would recommend renting a car...
