We rented the 4 bed lodge and the 3 cabins for a work 'away day' for 2 nights. It's a wonderful space, very relaxing with everything you need, good kitchen , plenty of space and amazing views. The cabins are amazing. I'd highly recommend staying here and would definitely come back again. Spotlessly clean, lovely linen and complimentary breakfast hamper. If hiring the lodge then there is only 1 toilet between the 4 rooms (3 doubles & 1 single) but there is also the spacious bathroom and a 'powder room area' with 2 wash basins so this wasn't a problem for our group. Each cabin has its own bathroom Fireplaces complete with wood in the cabins and the lodge & outside. A hot tub too!

A must do experience. We have stayed in many places around Montville and Maleny and this is definately one of the best. Toorali was clean, comfortable, modern and had gorgeous views. The breakfast hamper was a very nice touch. Highly recommend

My partner and I stayed in the bullockies song cabin in April. Beautiful views and lots of thoughtful touches (breakfast hamper, wine and chocolates, bath salts etc). The spa is very beautiful and the accomodation is great for a romantic getaway.
A few down sides were, there were about 4 lights blown at the accomodation, got in contact with management but no response. Guests are expected to do their own dishes, which meant that some of the dishes we went to use weren’t very clean. Place in general could be a little cleaner when it comes to dirty windows, cobwebs, and dead bugs. Overall a lovely stay but would like a more efficient clean when the accomodation price is high.

Can’t comment re the other cabins but Shalala is tired and needs a really good spring clean, cobwebs under the table, crumbs caught under glass on the table, very dusty behind tv. Also needs a few more utensils, the only knife was a small cerated knife, may even have been a steak knife. With accommodation just opening up again we didn’t begrudge paying top dollar but for this money we did expect it to be spotless. As I said above this cabin was good if you have a small dog as the cabin has its own private and gated garden. View was lovely and the fireplace.

This cabin was refurbished in November 2020, new timber floors, painted throughout, new furnishings, bed, mattress, linens, pillows & kitchen utensils. It has a lovely fresh new look but the same gorgeous view !

A very relaxing 5 days looking out over the valley and out to the ocean. Great accomodation (pet friendly), nice and private and lovely people running the place. We would highly recommend this venue for a relaxing, romantic getaway.

I booked this as a romantic weekend away. We arrived late on Friday afternoon. The bottle of bubbles was in the room as described however we could only find one Champagne flute, not such a big deal but we thought it was a bit odd. We also noticed ants in the sugar and placed the jar outside to keep the ants out of the ‘kitchen’. We had a great meal out at a local restaurant that night. Next morning we were awake early as there were no blinds on the windows, so in Queensland in the middle of summer that’s 4.30 - 5.00, not such a big deal either. We made coffee from the supplies and cleared the ant infestation from the jar. When we thought about having breakfast we started to find faults. The only cooking facilities were a bbq and a microwave. The bbq was filthy and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since day one. The microwave looked like it had had a fire under the plate. None of the crockery was clean, the cutlery was dirty, the kitchen smelt of off cooking oil. There were 6 wine glasses, only 2 matched and of the 6, 2 of them were cracked. The picnic basket was like a dog’s breakfast. We went out for breakfast and decided to demand a full refund. On our return we showered to find so much hair caught in the drain, disgusting! We didn’t get to use the bath with it’s beautiful outlook, spewin. I tried contacting the owner at around 9.30 that day and didn’t get an answer until 4.30 that afternoon, no call to apologise, just a blame game about the cleaner by text. By this time we were looking for somewhere else to stay. A week later I hadn’t heard anything so again had to make the contact and ask for the refund. Again no call to apologise, just another excuse that it was too big a transaction to process in one go. What a load of rubbish. I finally got my refund but not 100%. These people handle their customers extremely poorly, their customer service is zero. They have the opportunity to have their accommodation full year round with rave reviews but choose to be faceless and arrogant with their treatment of their customers. DON’T GO THERE!

My boyfriend got this little trip to the Remingtons lodge last week around the 13th for 2 nights. As we walked in we were absolutely amazed with the view, not to mention that everything was clean and very thought of, with a cheese platter, bottle of champagne. EVERYTHING was so thought of! from the beding, to the blankets, to the bathtub with shower gel etc... and the breakfast! the pancake Mixture the eggs the english muffins! the place even had a BBQ and we managed to cook whilst watching the amazing sunset! ddnt get to meet Jodie but SHE HAS THOUGHT OF EVERYTHING!!!!!! every time we would discover something in the house we would say "Jodie is a thoughtful Legend" nothing was missing, We dont have one bad thing to say about the place! sadly we broke a glass when doing the washing up, if you are reading this Jodie I do apolagise. Thank you very very much for the stay it is really a magical place, I couldnt recomend it enough!
Thank you

I stayed here for a weekend when attending an event in town. I adored the Toorali accomodation and wish I booked to stay longer. The room is gorgeous and enjoyed having a cuppa in the morning on the balcony looking out over the Sunshine Coast. Would recommend this in a heartbeat

Wow! We stayed in the 5 bedroom house in Maleny for 5 nights in late August 2014 for my 50th birthday celebrations. The house is beautiful. 5 large bedrooms all with comfy queen beds, heaters and electric blankets. We had 8 friends stay for the weekend and had a caterer come in and cook for the celebratory dinner party. This is the best place to do it. The heated spa on the deck was a big hit especially after a few champagnes. No driving to be done. Walk into town if you need to. Jodie was a very accommodating host. A fireplace was put in the house a few weeks prior to us staying and this was the feather in the cap. Beautiful ambience sitting in the lounge room which could cater easily for 10-12 guests, glass in hand watching the flames. Best birthday ever. So quiet and peaceful watching the cows in the paddock whilst swinging in egg chairs on the deck. Can't recommend this place highly enough if you have a large family or for a get together with friends.

I have never stayed in a more unique setting than the wonderful Bullockies Song mountainside cabin. My wife had organised it as a surprise getaway for our 1st wedding anniversary.
As soon as we opened the door we were greeted by the stunning view through the floor to ceiling windows & doors. The rolling valley all the way to the coast & beyond made for a jaw dropping backdrop to such a pretty cabin.
To see the shower & spa also sharing the same magnificent views was truly an experience we won't forget.
Jodie is extremely helpful & even drove us to our restaurant for our special occasion (organising a return trip home with the restaurant owners).
The log fireplace and candle chandeliers added to a very cosy & romantic atmosphere. A HUGE selection of DVD movies were a bonus to the weekend, we never wanted to leave the cabin!
I think the best part would have to be waking up to the sound of rainforest birds, bathed in sunlight, raising your head off the pillow to see the most perfect mountain view you could imagine...all without moving from under the doona! Equally impressive at night, we found ourselves staring out from bed to the coastal lights and the valley bathed in moonlight.
Of course there's blinds you can pull down if you don't want the direct sun in the mornings, but we can sleep in anytime at home on the weekends in a dark bedroom. This was something truly different that made the mornings glorious.
Would thoroughly recommend as a romantic getaway.
