The location is very good but it is an old badly maintained building. The apartment is also badly maintained and in need of a total renovation. It had a stale smell as we walked in and the floor and window ledges were not cleaned. The whole apartment has not been Covid disinfected!!! We are living in a pandemic aren't we? Not enough hot water after two showers, the sink did not drain, the lighting is old neon lighting. Access with bags is difficult through a narrow staircase. The carparking is dusty and full of leaves hasn't been cleaned in a long time. No Wifi, old not clean wooden balcony furniture and the mattress is old and soft. Generally there is a problem with the management. Now I will let you be the judge if you think A$228 is reasonable???!!!

We stayed in Unit 7. Positives were that it was a roomy 1 bedroom with spectacular eastern view. Downsides were tired furniture, (lack of) cleanliness, stench from laundry, hearing next door tv & talking on other side of bedroom wall

From the garage (which is open 24hrs to the public) a walk up of 36 steps carrying our bags to a tired, sad looking apartment. Broken furniture on a grubby unpainted concrete patio. Uninspiring rooms, I have been in cheap motels with more character. Bare minimum facilities; no wi-fi, no tissues, no plastic bags in the kitchen waste bin, 2 light bulbs not working, no clock, no radio, one TV speaker not working properly, there is ore but enough said. The location is terrific, it could and should be better.

This place was the last accommodation left on our spontaneous trip and we weren't disappointed We were in the heart of the main street and had more than enough room and the bathroom had a spa! We recommend this place.

Absolutely stunning views from the balcony with large rooms however a number of areas need to be addressed. 1. Second bedroom stank of sewerage (later confirmed by reception) 2. Toilet seat broken 3. Shower head leaking and floods into the toilet area 4. Pillows in main bedroom stank of former occupants perfume, like they had not been properly laundered 5. High touch areas like doors and light switches were filthy (major concern for current circumstances) 6. Ventilation required above cooktop to prevent the fire alarm being triggered 7. Some of the toiletries provided had seals cracked 8. No wifi/ extra channels All in all a disappointing stay for $400/ night
