Narrows Escape was sensational. It was the best way to unwind with a loved one after a busy year of work. We went as a couple and stayed in the Rosella cabin. The view of the rain forest was serene and dream-like. We had all of our meals on the balcony over-looking the forest by candlelight. The breakfast hamper was delicious, the homemade bread and fresh daily croissants made each morning a highlight. Hope to be back again to experience pure joy soon.

We saw The Narrows written up in a web review, and we were looking for a place for our 20th wedding anniversary so booked one of their 3 night packages. Great experience started on arrival where we were warmly greeted and had a local cheese platter and champaign to begin. Cottage was fabulous, well set out and maintained and equiped, nothing is lacking. We had two meals out all included in the price complete with transfers to and from the restaurant. The hamper dinner was fabulous and the picnic equally good. That coupled with fresh croissants every morning our stay could not have been better. If you get a chance to stay here take it, it is worth every penny, great service, great location, great hosts.

Absolute heaven!!! From the minute you drive down the driveway in the rainforest you start relaxing. The walk along the path to the cabin was so peaceful. The cabin is wonderful. Whether reading your book in the hammock, relaxing in the hot tub it was pure bliss. Having freshly made hot croissants and bacon and eggs for breakfast all supplied was magic. Fresh cut roses and a card welcoming us was beautiful. All the little touches were perfect. The 800m rainforest walk on the property plus the wildlife was amazing. Can’t Thankyou enough for your beautiful property and letting us share your paradise.

We had a very peaceful and relaxing stay at Narrows Escape. It was extra nice with all the wildlife around us. We had a massage in our villa organised for us, which was extra nice. Also wasn't far from nice restaurants, we went to the Mapleton Public House, which is delish. We will be back!

Yes, the Mapelton Public House is an amazing spot for some incredible farm to fork dining with sweeping views of the coastline. Lovely relaxing two days in the forest. Made to feel very welcome by our host Ali. Shown to our beautiful cabin Butcherbird. The cabin was very comfortable and had all the amenities one could wish…lovely hamper with local produce provided..so relaxing. Particularly loved breakfast on the veranda with visits from the spectacular local bird life. The local town Montville is a short drive away and is a lovely place to spend the morning. Such a wonderful stay..as visitors from the UK it was a highlight of our Australia trip..and as a same sex couple we felt very welcomed…I cannot recommend highly enough! Thankyou so much for two days that will live long in the memory.

This is a very special place nestled in stunning virgin rain forest. The cabins were separated and integrated in the trees, with the cabins being very well appointed. The bed was very comfortable with an amazing over sized well appointed bathroom. There was a very large deck with Weber Q and an in-deck mounted spa. We had breakfast provisions which were topped-up and included home -made bread...fantastic. additionally we had a BBQ pack and a picnic hamper which were both well thought out and ample. There were plenty of animal visitors including the nightly possums and the daily visit from the parrots and the brush turkeys. The best was the hospitality of Ali and Xochi who were tremendous hosts and always around to provide assistance and any provisions that were required. It was the perfect relaxing holiday in a sensational rain forest setting. Thankyou!…

AMAZING!! Not a negative thing to say about this magickal place. We recently enjoyed the 'love struck' package, absolutely everything was taken of including beautiful massages, dinners were organised for both nights including transport to the local bar and grill. The homebaked bread, fig loaf and croissants were next level. Our hosts Ali and Xochi should be very proud of what they have created, it is truly magickal. You will not be disappointed!

Beautiful place, your every need is catered for. I chose the Lovestruck package. Champagne, roses and cheese platter all from local suppliers on arrival. Taken to dinner at Altitude Restaurant. Couples in room massage. In-room dinner brought to the room to cook the second night. Breakfast hamper dropped off day one and warm croissants brought to the door each morning. So peaceful, beautiful surroundings. Would recommend to anyone.
