The Hotel from the outset provided a welcome from the helpful & cheerful staff. Meals were good, service rapid & efficient. My room was clean, comfortable with good facilities & view over Carbis Bay. Generally i found my stay here to be a pleasant break.

Just enjoyed a five day coach trip here. The hotel is very clean, comfortable and extremely well run. The food was more than satisfactory and there was an extensive choice both for breakfast and dinner. There were three other coaches booked in at the same time as ours but the hotel and dining room never seemed crowded and the allocation...

We were on a coach-tour holiday and had asked for a quiet room, that is what we got, the view was fantastic, the room was comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful, the food was very good with a daily chef's special. The hotel is on a hill so be prepared for a little walking, a short...

Stayed here for New Year's Eve, good basic clean accommodation but quite dated. Staff brilliant so helpful and friendly. Used for coach parties so very busy but was adequate for our needs as a base. Breakfast disappointing, lots of it but not a lot of taste.

Stayed here with a coach group there were two other coach groups staying as well, the staff were all very friendly, helpful and efficient (sometimes a bit too quick serving between courses in the dining room though!) Rooms were clean and comfortable to the normal Leisureplex standard. Entertainment was good but a bit too loud. Sea view rooms have an...

Visited with Coach Company. Bedrooms OK and whole premises clean and tidy. Central Heating needs attention but you can ask for an oil-filled radiator as we did. Shower and wash basin water was hot. corridors/stairs a bit confusing but there are lifts if you need them. Very good, hot, food and reasonable portions (breakfast & evening dinner). Speedy service from...
