We stayed here for two nights, the room was huge as was the bathroom, also had access to a kitchenette and lounge, very comfortable and super clean. Simon and Tracey are lovely hosts and make sure you have the best experience you possibly can eg sent us to a lovely little pub with great food.

A traditional country B&B on a working country farm. The rooms are spacious, well furnished and include an ensuite. The traditional English breakfast supplied is generous and well prepared. The hosts (Tracey and Simon) are friendly and very helpful. A perfect place to stay just 5 minutes away from Bath.

Had a wonderful 2 night stay, whilst looking at Bath Spa University for our Daughter. Lovely rural location, but very easy to get into Bath, park and ride close by, and also pub. Very welcoming hosts, lovely breakfast and spotlessly clean room. Would love to return. Many Thanks. Helen

Well what can I say, I have just stayed the night with my daughter and I have to say it's the best I have stayed at. The service was excellent, the rooms were perfect, spotlessly clean and the breakfast was brilliant 10 out 10. We will definitely be staying here again :-)

Breakfast was lovely, just enough good...

Stayed here one night before visit to Bath Spa Uni - almost next door. While not bang up to date decor-wise, the huge spotless room with excellent bed and lovely bedding left nothing to be desired. Powerful, brand new shower. Very good and generous English breakfast. Shared family room with my son (they changed our room to give him more...
